I would have liked a sink and soap in the toilet room...

Great room, very spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was super comfy It is very close to the center ( and a lovely bakery near by). Good parking lot The toilet room was separate from the shower, which was great. Unfortunately, there was no sink with the toilet, not very sanitary... Good breakfast, if a little limited All in all, a very good experience

The lady at the reception desk was very kind and explained everything about the hotel to us. The bread at the breakfast was really fresh.

The downside is that it is quite noisy, as the hotel is near the road, and you can also hear through the walls, as well as the bathroom fan. The staff responsible for breakfast could also be more friendly and maintain a level of professionalism.

It's a small hotel with a casino, which is great! The rooms are clean and tidy, small but sufficient if you'll be spending most of your time exploring the city of Ptuj. The reception staff were friendly and explained everything about our stay.

It was very close to the bus station.

The receptioist could have been more helpful. I walkwed into town and into the small hotel (Mitra, with the Roman ruin inside), and the recptionist there gave me gratis all the information I needed--about the spa, how to get there, which restaurants were open and how late on the holiday, etc. She even gave ne a discount ticket to the spa! This made me wish I had atayed there!

Air conditioning wasn’t work well When we arrived was so hot and we couldn’t sleep well. The fridge was out of order The telephone to call the front desk was out of order. They didn’t change the room. At our arrival, A man which made our check in was so confused about our reservation and he could not let me explain after another person explained him about the reservations. The lady at night helped us so well, and as we have some staffs she kept for us at the fridge of the hotel. The second day another lady was at the front door and we ask her to check the air condition and she was so rude saying that the air condition it’s ok. We get so upset. Then that night we arrived and asked -the same man that was confused with our reservation the first day- to give us our stuffs from the fridge and responded in a rude manner even not understanding our request- that it is not allowed to leave things; so we had to tell him why he is so impolite with the tourists and then he realized that the only thing that had to do it’s giving out stuffs back. So, for us the personnel is impolite; and they need to do maintenance to the air condition.

Massive spider on the ceiling at reception. The pillow was uncomfortable and annoying, punching bag at best. The room felt small. View is basic.

Air conditioner worked well. Great location to explore from. Room exactly as on pictures and description (except the flowers, there are no flowers). Good breakfast. Friendly personnel. Clean. You can go gambling at any time if you have insomnia.

The whole building seems rather old and used (including the rooms and interior) Breakfast was ok but very basic. Same goes for the staff. They help when asked, but you get the feeling they are annoyed by their guests, which results in a strange feeling, especially in a rather small hotel.

Good location close to the historisch Center. Also the hotel was clean.

There is a casino in this hotel and when I tried to go in, the door is locked. A receptionist whose English was not as good as the other staff said that one must have a reservation to go inside a casino. A little odd for me, coming from North America where we just freely walk inside casinos and choose a slot machine or game table. No further instructions on how to make a reservation or how one gets to access the casino, but hotel lost an opportunity for me to drop some cash there!

Arrived at the hotel and was checked in by a woman who spoke English. Several staff here speak English, so that's great! The room was fine, quiet, and the air conditioning worked. Very good breakfast, buffet style. I mostly had fruit and yogurt, but I noticed meats, veggies, and breads. Probably more foods that I didn't notice! There's juice, tea, coffee. Very relaxing with a TV playing with scenery from around Slovenia. The second morning the woman overseeing the food spoke English and pointed out the honey to me. Excellent for my tea! Hotel is in a good location, about a 10 minute walk from the train station, walking distance to explore the town and castle, and a few minutes walk to an indoor shopping mall. There are many cafes and stores nearby.
