How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

If you arrive by car past 19:00 in the evening and leave before 8:00 in the morning, don't follow the receptionist's advice to use the hotel parking. He will charge you. Just park on the street, it's free of charge for the night.
It is a good choice for a one night sleep during transit. The breakfast is great.

There was no fridge in the room and as for 4* hotel maybe some rooms need renovation/modernisation. The room was prepared as for 1 person - but we found additional towels in the wardrobe.
Very good breakfast with fruits and vegetables. Hotel is really close to the city centre. We spend there just one night, we arrived in the evening. They charge for parking 10€/day but as we arrived late, just for 1 night, we parked on the street where the price is 1€/hour (8-20). The staff were friendly.

Hotel with a charming, yugoslav era nostalgia. Rooms are more than decent with comfortable beds. Rich breakfast table that blew us away! I'd give it 11/10 if it wasn't for 10 euro parking fee (1 night) + 9 euro tourism tax we had to pay at reception after our stay.

Lift was not working from ground floor to 1st floor

Old AC units. Two of the 3 AC units were either not working properly of completely broken.
Excellent breakfast. Easy parking. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff.

The hotel is a bit dated and definitely very corporate, if you care for a vibe. Also (and that was not the hotel's fault) there were a lot of very loud guests and we couldn't sleep till 1am. I wish there was a 24/7 attendance at the hotel to keep the peace. Would have been nice to have a balcony
The location is very good, a couple of minutes walk to the city centre. It's easy to get there by car and has a big parking for the guests. The room was ok sized with all amenities needed, good wifi connection etc. The breakfast was nice and big, fresh and with loads of options. Stuff were fantastic, very pleasant and helpful - they even helped me solve a little logistical problem, which they didn't have to do.

Parking on site is very tight so you have to be prepared to reverse out. And costs €10 extra per night.
Great location near the old town centre. Very quite area. Large room, practically suite sized. Very comfortable beds. Large bathroom with really strong shower. Excellent breakfast buffet, plenty of warm and cold choices. Extremely pleasant and professional staff. Parking on site. Easy to access from the motorway.

Stairs. I am a disabled person, and I had to climb stairs for the elevator, also for the dining room :-(

Our bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen! You can touch the radiator with your knees whilst sitting on the toilet. So its a little tight for comfort. Also be aware that the paid parking lot next to the hotel itself, will cost you 20 Euros, not the 10 charged by the hotel. It has the hotel name on it, but don't go in there. The hotel entrance is right next to the parking lot entrance (no barrier).
Great hotel, in a very convenient location, especially if you are travelling via car. Staff was great, breakfast was good and varied with excellent coffee. It was perfect for our very quick stop over.

There was no provision in the room for making hot drinks,and no means of getting a hot drink from reception or bar in the evenings. The bedding,both lower sheets and duvet covers,was too small for the beds.
The huge room had comfortable beds,effective air conditioning,and lots of useful furniture. The bathroom,which was recently renovated,had a large bath and magificently sized basin. The building is in a very quiet location,within walking distance of the Piramida Hill. Breakfast is of the highest standard.
