Very central to the city centre

No kettle in the room

Tasty and varied breakfast. Very convenient location in the city center.

Photos of the triple room do not match reality. Instead of a spacious 36 sq. m room shown in the pictures, we got a small 18 sq. m room. Felt misleading.

The man working by the desk was the nicest guy I’ve met, I think his name is Nebo, a true gentleman.

The male staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious.

The power outlet was broken so the hairdryer didn't work well.

Breakfast was really not very nice. I had a piece of cucumber that was clearly covered in some sort of sanitizer/soap. Super bitter. The bread was very bad quality, almost like the vacuum sealed bread you buy in the supermarket. Really bad coffee. If this is why you are able to offer, you should better not offer breakfast at all

Nothing. Only minor miss on the room was that the shower was slightly smaller and could be bigger.

The location is superb, and breakfast is basic but good for one night stay. Staff supper friendly.

The shower was a challenge as thermal adjustment was not working, so water varied from cold to hot.

Nice hotel, located in a very quiet area (pedestrian zone), 5 minutes walking from the city center. Spacious rooms, well furnished, excellent breakfast.

No prior indication was given on the fact that the hotel is in a pedestrian zone, and there are restrictions (barriers) to reach it by car. The GPS does not give any information about it, therefore upon arrival we were quite confused. In reality it is very simple, just ring a bell and the barriers will be lowered, but you must know it ! Cars cannot park at the hotel, so it is necessary to look for a parking returning out of the pedestrian zone.

Everything was nice. Bed was comfort, bathroom was comfort as well and breakfast was nice. Staff is very polite and helpfull. The location is around 10 minutes by walk to the old town.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. A kettle and cups were supplied in the room but no tea or coffee? Great location. It says on the blurb there is a roof top bar/seating but dont think this was operational.

Great location and breakfast. Stored our bikes securely without any problems. Staff were always very helpful. We stayed on 2 occasions over 2 weeks. The second room had been renovated and the bathroom was a lot newer and nicer. The renovated room had a better layout and use if space.

There's some graffiti in the immediate surrounding area which is a bit off putting.
