Nothing. Only minor miss on the room was that the shower was slightly smaller and could be bigger.

The shower was a challenge as thermal adjustment was not working, so water varied from cold to hot.

The location is superb, and breakfast is basic but good for one night stay. Staff supper friendly.

No prior indication was given on the fact that the hotel is in a pedestrian zone, and there are restrictions (barriers) to reach it by car. The GPS does not give any information about it, therefore upon arrival we were quite confused. In reality it is very simple, just ring a bell and the barriers will be lowered, but you must know it ! Cars cannot park at the hotel, so it is necessary to look for a parking returning out of the pedestrian zone.

Nice hotel, located in a very quiet area (pedestrian zone), 5 minutes walking from the city center. Spacious rooms, well furnished, excellent breakfast.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. A kettle and cups were supplied in the room but no tea or coffee? Great location. It says on the blurb there is a roof top bar/seating but dont think this was operational.

There's some graffiti in the immediate surrounding area which is a bit off putting.

Great location and breakfast. Stored our bikes securely without any problems. Staff were always very helpful. We stayed on 2 occasions over 2 weeks. The second room had been renovated and the bathroom was a lot newer and nicer. The renovated room had a better layout and use if space.

The hotel is located not far from the city center. The room is quite small, and there is no fridge or kettle available. Breakfast was good. There is no private parking, but we parked the car at the public parking next to the hotel (payment at the machine).

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist with every request. The location is excellent—most major spots are within walking distance, and we were able to explore the city on foot every day from the hotel

Had two adjacent rooms that were slightly different.Different shower heads gave different pressure. One had a fridge one didn't. Would have been nice to have tea or coffee in the room.

The back of the hotel, where you arrive by car feels like not such a nice area.

Good central location, 10 mins walk from the old town. Good selection of restaurants close by. Comfortable rooms, nice bathroom. Great views. We were able to park up behind the hotel to unload and then parked at a cheaper car park next to the station, about a 10 min walk away.

My room had a faulty lock and shower! The staff were great and offered me a different room instead! No fridge or tea making facilities.

Room could have been cleaner (it wasn‘t dirty per se, they just could have dedusted more before me). Breakfast was ok, but nothing major.

I wasn't cold but it was a little chilly and I would like to have a bigger sheet. I found an extra blanket in one of the closets and that kept me warm but if I wasn't alone, it would probably be necessary to annoy the staff for extra bed clothing.

The staff was helpful and the hotel is environment friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable.

The room was basic and the bathroom was small. There was not an electric kettle in the room. No real complaints.

A high quality breakfast with a wide variety of offerings. An easy walk from the old town and the train station. There's also a fantastic rooftop patio/terrace with bathrooms and a splendid view of the city. The air conditioning worked well. The staff were very helpful. I had a lot of questions about buses and they helped a lot. Its also located right next to a bike share/city bike rack. The room had a refrigerator.

The pillows were very high & uncomfortable. I requested for flatter pillows & they had none to offer. I also missed a tea kettle in the room, that would have been greatly appreciated.
