Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The space in the room is very well used and there are shelves everywhere. We had a minibar with 2 waters, 2 pepsis and 2 beers included in the room price. We also had toiletries included. The staff was very friendly and polite, and the breakfast was very diverse and delicious.

HungaryIt is really not their fault, but in Ljubljana there is/was roadworks next to the hotel, so approaching the hotel was not easy. Hopefully it will be done by the next time I am going.
They have a very nice restaurant, and a nice outside area where I can sit down with my dog. All the rooms have personality, they are special, not your regular boring hotel rooms.

United KingdomNot the fault of the hotel but there are roadworks and building works right outside. Be careful if following Sat Nav as entrance may not be accessible from one side of road and you may need to do a U turn to get in.
Inside hotel was great quality, clean and very well presented. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and check in was easy and informative. Availability of snacks and drinks until 2200hrs and then room service if needed was appreciated after a long drive. Breakfast buffet had plenty with eggs and coffee served to order. Toiletries in bathrooms and drinks in mini bar all a great touch.

SwitzerlandThe only thing we didnt like is that on tje food was not written what kind of meat is what we are eating and there was 95% only pig meat and not other variations to choose! But the food was still very delicious and we highly recommend it. Also that the kitchen is closed very early and we that were travelling needed to go outside take food with in the room because we were totally hounge and our 2 years old kid also!
Breakfast was very good, the service was perfect and the kitchen chef 👨🍳 helped us with pleasure by making something extra with other meat because we couldn’t eat the pig meat as a family. Thank you for that kind service.

This is a new and clean hotel. The facilities were excellent, and it was a wonderful trip. There is a bus to the city center right in front of the hotel, so it was convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff were very helpful and asked about my egg dishes and coffee selections. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Ljubljana!

United KingdomWhen I arrived at the hotel around 19:30 hours, I was expecting to be able to get a meal in your restaurant, only to be informed that the restaurant was only serving pizzas. The nearest restaurant where I could get a hot meal was a 15 minute walk. I believe for a hotel of this standard, guests should be able to get a hot meal at least until 21:00 at tonight and not be forced to go outside of the hotel, especially if you do not know the area.
The room was clean and breakfast was excellent.
