In the shower in the evening and early in the there was no hot water, idk if it's always like that and there was mold in the shower/toilet. Also in the female dorms there is no access to a kitchen or maybe they just didn't show me.

The best part is the location - you are exactly in the city center and 10min from the bus station. The bed was okay. The staff were friendly. Supermarket and an ATM 5min. It was one of few hostel with female only rooms, If you just need a place to sleep - it's great value for money

You can only lock the lockers with their keys and you have to pay 10 euros. The property is a bit rundown but still very safe. No social events.

The location is outstanding. Can walk everywhere in the city and the train and bus station too. The staff was really nice. A little kitchenette and bathroom within the rooms was very convenient.

Both shared bathrooms didn’t have a shower curtain, so every time after someone showered the whole room got wet. Not great for hygiene, or wearing socks.

only one little thing - tourist tax was not included in the price dwclared on booking so had to pay a little bit extra from what was expected. it seems this is the practice of all hostels around, juat good to be awarw of.

it was good, nice atmosphere, friendly and helpfull staff. clean, personal towel, comfy bed. not the newest and most luxurious which i also aporeciate.

the one staff who showed me my room was unpleasant and seemed annoyed to help me and she didn't tell me half of what i should have known about the hostel itself. unfortunately, i came on a saturday so many people in my hostel went out and came back drunk at 2/3am and were very loud and woke everyone up. one passed out in the toilet and locked himself in, so no one could use it until he woke up. it also smelled very bad in the room since there's no windows or proper ventilation. also like everyone said, the bathroom door is broken and the water from the shower gets everywhere. the room is too small for 10 people and only 1 toilet for everyone. i waited 45 minutes for someone to finish in the bathroom. also someone locked my locker with my things inside of it in the middle of the night and i couldn't open it and had to catch a 7am bus but reception didn't open until 8am. it definitely wasn't worth the value i paid.

like everyone, the location is great. the beds were quite comfy as well. almost all the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room felt a bit musty.

The hostel located in a prime location, near the city center, bus and train station. Smooth check-in/ out. Clear instructions before arrival. The staff restocked toilet papers every day. Friendly staff.

The building is old needs some maintenance. windows blinds really bad.. some of them broken and the rest not blocking the sun.. so if you want to take a nap during the day or wake up late in the morning you will not be able to.

Common areas need a refurbishment.

The central location overlooking the river just two minutes from Dragon Bridge. Clean and comfortable room complimented by air-conditioning. Helpful and attentive Receptionist.

The power socket near my bedhead did not work.

Convenient and close to the city centre. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. I had a bicycle and staff assisted in storing it in a safe place for my stay. Shower was hot with good pressure. Internet was strong and reliable

You really have to be aware of leaving something in the bed you choose. Even though I arrived first, a guest took my place and there was nothing that I could do because when I came backit was late at night and I was leaving early in the morning the next day. Otherwise is perfect

- there is no actual hostel building. The entrance to rooms is straight from the street. Because of it you can hear the noise from the street and socializing with other travelers is very hard - there was a bit of smell in the room - after someone takes a shower, the entire bathroom floor is covered with water - it could be just my expirience, but on my first night there I was one of two girls in the room (for 10 people), on the second night I was the only one. So I would’t book this place again as a solo female traveler

I checked in hotel about 01:00 and when i came to take my room key, i saw my key in the envelope what they sticked on the window. Then i took my key and followed the direction but i couldn't enter my room because key wasn't work. Probably they didn't check whether card is working or not. I called the number what it's written on the direction for emergency cases and he told that it's correct room but i can't come now because i live far from hotel so you can stay any room. And by chance i encountered with someone after 45 minute and take his permission to stay his room etc. It was really horrible experience. So finally i could sleep about 02:30 at night. As a result they don't work 7/24 as they wrote. But except this problem the hotel was good as location and price/performance.

The bathrooms are good, but they lack wall hooks, and only one of the 2 in my room had a shower head--the other one only had a handheld thing, which is not great for hostels.

The staff were pretty cold until I sat down for a while and started a conversation with a couple of them. Once they saw I was prepared to sit for a while for a long chat, they opened up.
