Great hotel ! Incredibly helpful and kind staff!!! Also - breakfast was truly delicious and rich. What is not mentioned anywhere - they have an indoor children play area, which our kids truly enjoyed ! We will be back !

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was the best I've had with local ingredients! The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern, and there was parking on site.

Room got really hot even with the window open. If there was air conditioning, we couldn't find it and as we arrived so late we didn't want to bother anyone to ask for a fan - this is a minor issue though and didn't affect our stay, we just got lucky with the weather is one way of looking at it!

Lovely large room with a view of the mountains. Bathroom and shower were much larger than you might expect for a room of this price - excellent value. Great breakfast selection. Very friendly and helpful staff; they sorted out taxi bookings for us in advance of our stay. Location is great, especially for walking.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, staying up late to ensure our check-in went smoothly. The on-site laundry services were a lifesaver for our extended stay, making it easy to keep our clothes fresh. Each morning, we enjoyed a healthy and diverse breakfast, complete with eggs cooked to our preference. The staff were also very knowledgeable about the local biking and hiking trails, providing great recommendations for our outdoor adventures. Our room had a fantastic view, and the hotel's location was perfect. It was within walking distance to a local kids park and the stunning Lake Jasna. Additionally, we were very close to several Michelin restaurants, making dining out a delightful experience. Overall, this hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

AMAZING does not even begin to adequately describe this TREASURE of a hotel, complete with scenic snow peaked mountain looming behind! Exceptional warm welcome from the owner & it immediately felt as if you were staying with a family. The décor is charming & personal. Ultra-clean, light and bright rooms (we had booked 2). From this location, it is possible to head off directly for walking/hiking/cycling , and also within easy walking distance into town for restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The parking is a great plus too!

We had everything we needed in our room, staff are very kind, always offering help with laugage, breakfast, parking, interesting things to see around Kranjska Gora etc. There's enough parking around the hotel, but they also offer you a place in their garage. All in all great experience.

Maybe bathroom - the shower could have been better. The water could flow out very easily.

The staff was so nice! They remembered and celebrated my daughter's birthday with a suprize pancake. They were always very helpfull. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great. Location is very close to slopes which was great! Thank you
