Re cycling bottle area from kitchen under our window. Could do with putting bottles in all in one go , not too late or early, to prevent sporadic yet frequent noise nuisance. An easy fix.

Immediate landscaping/ surroundings of hotel lovely albeit in an out of town estate. Staff friendly. A good location for us en route.

Such a hotel would need to provide EV car charger. There is no electric car charger in near (just kilometers away)

the dinner was very delicious, the rooms are tidy and the bed is very good for a relaxing rest.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and allowed to put our bicycles in a safe place in the (unused) cafe area We had a very nice vegan meal in the dining room. What made our stay exceptional was the way we were looked after the next day, as overnight devastating floods swept through the whole region, and we were trapped by deep water and swift (and deadly) currents swirling all around the hotel. Water and electricity were cut off, so no lighting, toilets, showers or wifi. The staff went out of their way to look after us despite the heartbreaking mess the water was making to the lower floor of the hotel (a foot deep in places). After we were evacuated by emergency services the staff looked after the bikes and luggage we had to leave behind, until we could collect it a few days later. We will never forget the generosity of the hotel people, and the people of Dravogradu, for looking after two Australian tourists when there was so much chaos all around, and we hope that the hotel gets back to normal as soon as possible.

One night it was really noisy because of the celevration party downstairs. DJ was screeming all the fime and we hear him in our room. Other days it was really ok.

They preapred us breakfast package each day since we was not able to be on time for breakfasts. 🙂 Also, we had some issue with the water flow. They repaired this instantly they were ready to giv us some other room but at the end it was not necessary since everything was solved instantly. Jotel staff was great. Manager of the hotel excelent.

They should give precise information on booking about kitchen working hours and other detailed information regarding your eventual stay before booking (possibility about dinner, check-in, etc....). if there was no mr. Nenad, we would be completely lost. and we would not be only one.... another two bicyclist were also there.

The staff - mr. Nenad was exceptional, very helpful as the kitchen was closed he prepared delicious meal because he could not leave us hungry. the ambient of the hotel is very chic, you can lock your bicycles, rooms are nice, big and clean.

In trash bin there were women's socks left, the day curtains were torn to ribbons, one mattress is shorter than the other. And us I read in comments, we are "lucky", that there were wedding party at that night, so it was uncomfortable to sleep. Also it was good, that we took breakfast early in the morning, because at when we ended the guest from the party started their breakfast party :)

Price is a bit high for this kind of accommodation and breakfast, no eggs (boiled or scramble) were served in 4* hotel, tea, coffee, croissants, biscuits, oatmeal, salami and cheese. The bed is not that soft as I used to have.

Quiet district, nice decorations to Valentine’s Day, stuff was very friendly, room is big.

After staying here, my credit card information was stolen and used in the Solomon Islands. I don't think it was staff but likely their systems are hacked. Beyond that, the room was dirty, dated, smelled stale, and was all together unpleasant. I hate leaving negative reviews as I think different people can have different experiences but I really needed to for this one.

Room above the kitchen with noisy doors. Smoking and babbling kitchen stuff below the window. Air conditioning was not working.
