    The location was good, the park was nice. The room was clean and new. All staff where excellent.

    Bar closed at 10pm. The hotel was taken over by two football teams during our stay the Qatar national team and a Saudi team. They were all quite loud and seemed like they where racing in the halls at 11pm one night and m at times they took over all the common areas and lobby space for guests, (not the hotels fault)

    Location is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice.

    Didn't like not being informed some football groups are staying which meant limited access to facilities, and breakfast moving every day. Allot of teenagers in the lobby allot of the time, making noise.

    Area is nice. Staff was nice. Beatiful view and park. We got a free upgrade.

    We liked this hotel, but the services were better when we visited this hotel 2 years ago. I think they should keep their standards from the first time - breakfast (not so many options), wellness (not each sauna was working).

    Breakfast was excellent, the accommodation was very nice, and although I was initially worried that our room was right next to the elevator, the hotel was really quiet. We couldn't hear anything from the neighboring rooms, only one night someone above us seemed to be moving furniture around, but that always depends on the people and their consideration for others. The surroundings were also very nice. As a starting point for trips, it was perfect. Next time, we’ll bring our golf gear too. The staff was very friendly, and the food in the restaurant was very tasty. The menu was quite limited, but everything we tried was delicious and nicely presented. For the first time in a long while, we found a place where we could enjoy a peaceful breakfast and dinner. Plus, I really appreciated the separate areas for smokers and non-smokers on the terrace!

    It’s not that we didn’t like it — more of a suggestion for improvement: The coffee served at breakfast was quite bad. In this day and age, saving money on coffee at a hotel of this standard feels a bit ridiculous. If you ask, they will make you a proper coffee, but many guests don’t know this (there’s not much information about it), so they leave with the impression that the coffee is terrible. Similarly, some guests might miss the cold cuts and vegetables, which are hidden in a section behind the drinks. This could unnecessarily lead to negative impressions. With the rise of e-bikes, it’s a bit inconvenient that there’s no dedicated charging station for them. You either have to take the battery to your room or ask the staff to store the bike in the garage. Meanwhile, there’s an EV charging station right next to the bike area — it feels like a missed opportunity.

    not many hotels in Europe can provide you with that kind of cleanness , top level of hospitality , location , style etc. rooms extraordinary , comfy beds , sheets and pillows are top quality , soundproof rooms , lighting , attention to details. perfumed interior

    Restaurant working time and menu are of less than one star hotel. Working hours except for bf are bad, no food after 9 o clock which is non sense for hotel of that category, plus you cant order just simple things like cheese ham or some small snacks just cause they don t offer !!!! you cant order any snack !! that is not acceptable , you want to pay and it is simply inpossible !

    Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless, with great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available. Everything was well-prepared and regularly restocked. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and welcoming, making every meal enjoyable. What really stood out was the incredible service. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and their genuine hospitality made a big difference. The hotel facilities were also fantastic — from the modern wellness area to the beautiful surroundings. Parking was easy and well-organized, and we really appreciated the electric car charging points on-site. Overall, this was a perfect experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and excellent service.

    The hotel is nice and cozy. Great Location near Brdo park and it is great that the entrance fee is free for guests. Breakfast was also great.

    Wellness was bad. It was so loud and we didn’t feel comfortable. Also, we never had worse massages in our lives and they were 65 e. Wouldnt recomend.
