The stunning view of the lake is very relaxing both in the evening after a long trip and in the morning. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning always help to have a very good sleep. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast - what else one needs for the perfect start of the day!

The property was a very pleasant surprise. Located 10-15 minutes from Maribor in a very quiet area near a small lake. The suite we stayed in was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The service was excellent. The restaurant located a few minutes' walk away was very good, with excellent service. This time we used the location as a transit point, but it is also suitable for a few days' stay to visit the area. I recommend it.

We didn't manage to connect to local WiFi, though it was not critical. The shower cabin construction didn't prevent the water to go out.

The location is absolutely perfect for relaxing, the lake view is amazing, and natural noise helps to calm down. Comfortable beds, a lot of air helped to have a very good sleep. The breakfast was reasonably good, with sufficient variety and convenient timing. Excellent break!

Everything was very good. Just a couple of additional suggestions: the breakfast could be further enriched with some local products, although everything offered is already of excellent quality. The Wi-Fi signal seemed a bit weak, but it still worked consistently.

A pleasant discovery in a stunning oasis surrounded by nature and a breathtaking landscape. The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived on a public holiday (May 1st) and consistently received support for every need, including help finding a nearby restaurant despite many being closed for the holiday. The room was very nice, equipped with every comfort, and spotlessly clean. The indoor and especially the outdoor spaces were welcoming and well organized. The breakfast was simple but well managed and tasty. Free on-site parking. A strategic location just a few minutes from the highway.

We have spent only 1 night, but it was the perfect stop between two long trips. Cosy hotel, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms with quality interior finishes. Also, the breakfast was really good. Definitely worth considering for longer stays.

Wonderful lake view, perfect breakfast with local products, comfortable room. We are higly delighted, our dogs are welcome too! 100% recommend it! Try the nearest restaurant Gostlina Siker, the spicy goulash there is unforgetable!

Not enough hooks for the clothes in the entryway, shower doors were letting the water out. The overall room and corridors design was a bit outdated but cute.

Fantastic choice of food and drinks at breakfast, eggs of our choice. Spacious bathroom. My husband LOVED that hotel provides guests with big feather pillows. Balcony with the view was big for 3. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pets are allowed, there is a night door if you need to take them outside and a huge field with a nice path for walks away from the road.

The restaurant does not work on Monday and Tuesday which we realised after reading reviews. We were advised via message by the property that check in is until 9 pm and they will give us a list of places to eat nearby after I asked about dinner options. They did not advise us though that in the Slovenian culture dinner places close by 20:00 during the week and even if they work till 22:00 in the weekend, the kitchen closes an hour before that. So we had to drive 12 min to get to a fast food place as everything else was closed by the time we checked in and refreshed. We were looking forward to eat something local in a nice atmosphere after a long trip and if we had been advised of this in advanced would have planned our arrival a bit differently, ie go have dinner first and then rush to check in. Not a big deal but this trip was meant to be pleasant and if you have to stress out for logistics which could have been avoided, it kind of ruined the mood.

Nicely located small hotel with beautiful lake view and well designed interior. Very modern but at the same time warm and welcoming. The rooms are nice, clean and with everything you need. Personal touch and character. Nice staff and good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Really peaceful location for a few days of stay.

Great hotel for my family. The owners are lovely persons. We felt like home. The owner even helped me to get fixed my broken car in Maribor. We will definitely go back when we have a chance.
