As mentioned in other comments, Vito very welcoming and helpful. Room was cleaned and well tied. Thanks to the cleaning team. The breakfast is generous. My mum really appreciate the tea brand, very good in terms of quality. Happy mum, happy travel!

The bed is a bit low, but if you ain’t knees sensitive, it’s good.

Vito, the host, is fantastic and extremely helpful. Furthermore, the solution to the car issue (which is a problem in Piran) is both simple and brilliant.

Everything was excellent, and I especially appreciated the great breakfast.

Perfect location, lovely modern apartment and Vito was an excellent host. Breakfast was great (especially the fresh croissants!) and good value for money as it is included with the room. Enjoyed using the terrace and found the room very comfortable and spacious to spend some much needed time with the air con!

Almost nothing - the boiler leaked a little to start, but it didn’t seem to cause any issues with the water so wasn’t really a problem!

Everything was wonderful! The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk straight to the beach where we spent most of our time. All the popular cafes and restaurants are within 2–3 minutes, and the main square is literally a 1-minute walk away. Breakfasts were served on the square, only a 3-minute walk, and they were always delicious. We especially enjoyed the avocado & eggs on toast, fresh croissants, coffee, fresh juice, and water. The room had everything we needed: a coffee machine, champagne as a welcome drink, different dishes, a fridge, toiletries, and a boiler. A special thank you to the manager Vitto — he was amazing! Always there to help, explain, and answer all our questions every single day.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

Vito is a great host, he helped with everything. The accommodation was perfect, right in the middle of the old town, just a few steps from the beach and the main square. Breakfast was tasty and varied. They also have their own private parking. Just drop off your car when you arrive, and they’ll bring it back when you leave or whenever you need it. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Close to everything, breakfast included eventhough not in the B&B but in the restaurant at the main square.

Eventhough its high season, the price is quite high and you shall consider extra parking fee of 29eur / day as the location is in non-car area. We booked the hotel because it claimed to have parking, but that was not truth.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Piran. Modern, clean, and beautifully arranged accommodation. I especially appreciated the Illy coffee machine in the room, a perfect morning treat. Delicious breakfast in their city café on the square, and a rooftop terrace with stunning sea views. Warm thanks to Vito for his help and kindness, to the owner for being so welcoming, and to all the staff at the property — everyone was genuinely kind, smiling, and heartfelt. Highly recommended — I’ll gladly return!

This expectation has exceeded my expectations more than any previous stay I have had. The rooms are not what blows you away, although they are nice and modern. What really creates the value is the hosts. They were more than welcoming and friendly. VERY serviceminded and the breakfast is AMAZING. Could not recommend this stay enough!

Nicely renovated building in old traditional part of Piran. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious and generous. The staff particularly Vito were friendly and helpful .

At our request we were on the ground floor so didn’t have to carry bags up several flights of stairs. The window opened out onto the street so could get noisy

It's directly in the old town so you have everything around that you need! & the street the b&b is in is really quiet.

- Our host Vito was amazingly nice and helpful. This made us feel right at home, thanks for that! - The location of the apartments is right in the center of town. - Very good breakfast. - Very good air-conditioning and WiFi available in the apartment. - Mini fridge in the room to keep everything cool was very nice.

- Some more space to dry wet towels and clothes would be nice. (Perhaps out the window?) - Providing some extra towels would also be a plus => This was provided as soon as we asked for them! - The building itself is slightly noisy, but that's out of the hands of the hosts and depends a bit on who else is staying.

Lovely brand new property with everything you could need for a few days stay in Piran. The location was great in the center of Piran, I recommend booking the rooms with the roof terrace as it is lovely to sit up there. Vito was a great host, very responsive and helped us with everything that we needed! Breakfast is lovely and in the main square in Piran (they have a great pistachio croissant). Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nice experience. All praise and recommendations. Vito is a very good man, he was there for us for all the information we needed. The accommodation is great, the terrace is ideal for rest. The breakfast we had was perfect, especially the creosan with pistachios. We are looking forward to a new return to Piran and the same accommodation. All praises
