check out at 10 am so the second breakfast ends. The kennels where people leave their dogs while visiting Postojna Cave are somewhere close so during the day you can hear anxious dogs barking if you’re on the balkony. If the windows are closed, it’s not such an issue, but as a dog person - that made me sad.

The shower is slippery, my 2 year old boy slipped a few times. Can be dangerous. Breakfast was mediocre. Would expect a wider assortment in hotel of this level.

It was very busy at breakfast and there was not a very good cooked selection. Paking at the hotel is an additional charge.

The hotel is in a very good location for a visit to the caves and castle. A modern and attractive hotel. The shower was awesome!

The breakfast was lovely, however it was very busy and felt a little understaffed. The tables weren’t cleared quickly and there were long queues for tea and coffee etc. Also the buffet dinner looked very overpriced. We went into town and had a really gorgeous dinner with wine for less of the cost of a buffet dinner at the restaurant which didn’t include drinks. The location felt very focused on staying at the hotel and seeing the cave/castle and not enough information was available about the town which is a short walk away.

Staff were so helpful and gave lots of advice on trips etc. the room was stunning!! Absolutely gorgeous views and it felt very clean and well maintained. It was very relaxing and everything we could have asked for. The breakfast was delicious. It was overall a wonderful stay at a really gorgeous hotel and incredibly well priced for the room.

There were only minor quibbles. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated wildly. There was a little dog somewhere near my room; the dog was yapping for much of the first day, to the point that I did not want to use the balcony. I suspect that a guest had left a small dog on the balcony of their room and left, leaving the dog frustrated. Lastly, for the breakfast on the first of my two mornings, it was rather crowded in the breakfast area. I went much earlier the second morning, and there was not such a hustle and bustle.

Every staff person was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

A true hidden gem! The hotel is stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The scenery around was breathtaking, and the surrounding area is perfect for relaxing evening walks. The food is simply delicious, and the cave experience is absolutely fantastic! We traveled with kids and parents – three generations together – and every one of us was impressed. Highly recommended!

The food options arent particularly child friendly. If you have picky eaters, you might find it challenging to find meals that suit their taste.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The apartment was absolutely great. Breakfast was good. Overall great value. It exceeded my expectations. Great location if you want to visit the Postojna cave or just wander around the beautiful surroundings.

No possibility to prepare tea or coffee directly in the room, battle of watter in the room (minibar) not free of charge.On the ceiling were visible remains of water.

The Hotel is placed next to Postojna cave entrance (5min by foot), parking in front of the hotel, enough bars, restaurants with local menu.The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable.We enjoyed the breakfast (wide choice).
