The air conditioning unit is behind heavy curtains, so when you close the drapes there’s hardy any air coming through. Who designed this? There’s no waste basket in the room. A few extra packets of coffee and creamer would be welcome, only 2 are offered.

The hotel has the best location being right at the lake and within walking distance to a range of restaurants and activities.The staff is wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. We had a room with lake view, which was obstructed a bit by the trees! But the room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Breakfast was great with so many choices.

Wish there was an "official" side entrance out onto the lake promenade and properly designed stairway connecting to the lobby area instead of the bare emergency one.

The room's view out onto the lake, castle and island was gorgeous. The restaurant/breakfast hall with massive wall-high panoramic window façade is absolutely jaw-dropping. Staff were unreservedly courteous and accommodating. The breakfast buffet complete with a range of warm options and dripping honeycomb is more than generous.

Great location, very nice hotel overall, beautiful pool with breathtaking view, good and diverse breakfast. Room was clean, equiped with everything you may need, the staff was very attentive and nice, even got upgrated for lake view room. We promised to ourselves that we will return.

The dinner at the restaurant was not great value for money, when the dessert or the cheese was gone from the buffet it was not refilled.

Perfect location for a trip to Bled, amazing pool with view over the lake, the staff were super nice and always helpful with tips on what to see in the area. Extensive breakfast buffet with fresh waffles and pancakes.

We ate dinner in the restaurant first evening and it was incredibly ordinary to say the least. Try one in the town or next door where we ate the next night which was fabulous.

Very central to the town and lake. Once the car was in the parking no need to use it. We used the pool and really enjoyed that. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Considering the hotel was very busy they did that well. We enjoyed walking around the lake and taking a boat out to the island. We also enjoyed walking to one of the lakeside bars in the evening and enjoying some music

The car park was very busy and tricky to find a space.

Fabulous location right on the edge of the lake with incredible views. The hotel pool was quiet with a lovely outdoor terrace. Breakfast was delicious with so many choices.

Hotel has undergone serious renovation for quite a while. Needs some upgrades

Hotel Park has premium location with indescribable vistas of the lake and castle overlooking it. It’s located in the center of the city, with walking distance to all attractions around the lake. Hotel staff is dedicated to provide their guests with the best experience possible. They surprised us with bottle of champagne to commemorate our wedding anniversary. We were impressed with Maja Š who’s their concierge and Maria from the reception. Both of these ladies poured their heart into providing excellent service to their guests.

It is quite expensive, you pay for the location but I feel like the price of the hotel it isn’t as fancy as it is portrayed in pictures. The pool was also not working, they didn’t tell you until you arrived and only compensation was being able to access the pool from another of their hotels which was just inconvenient.

It was very clean and good location. Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful with recommendations of things to do and see!

No ramp for stroller/ wheelchair, we had to carry it on the stairs to access any entrance (broken lift for the back entrance) The check in was problematic. The staff was overwhelmed and people waiting in line to check in.

Wow what an amazing hotel! Perfect location by the lake - our room had a stunning view of the lake and the castle. It’s a wonderfully comfortable and spacious modern hotel. The breakfast was superb and the evening buffet really good. The staff were super helpful. Parking was hassle free.

The hotel is directly next to the lake. The panorama is beautiful from the wellness on the top of the hotel. The rooms are perfect for two.

The coffee was awful during breakfast from machine and thermoses. There was shower gel and shampoo 2 in 1 and no conditioner.

The room with lake view is very nice if you spend time on balcony, for example, travelling with kids. The views are so beautiful !!! The bed was convenient and did not hear neighbours. Even outside was some loud from the cafes outside it was well isolated and did not bother. The choice of breakfast food was good. The location was convenient to walk around and to the main attractions. The spa was ok, only one pool and saunas for extra charge.

The grumpy lifeguard at the pool! His attitude isn’t what one would expect when all the other staff were so dignified, gracious and helpful. We get that there are strict rules in place but his tone with the children (ours and others who were not overtly breaking any of these many rules) was brusque to say the least. A solution to this may be to have a more relaxed family time session in school holiday times as well as adult only swimming times so everyone can be kept happy when paying a lot of money for the hotel!

As you would expect from a 4* hotel the rooms and beds were incredibly comfortable with the air con working very well. The breakfasts were excellent and the pool was a nice place to relax with beautiful views and a little rooftop sun terrace. Lake Bled was a beautiful place generally and the view from the room over the lake captured this very well.

Location is fantastic. The hotel is of a high quality, clean and in good shape. The room was spacious for 2, would be tighter with 3. The staff were friendly and attentive to requests. The pool was broken during the stay, but the hotel provided access to the large pool facility at the Rikli Balance hotel nearby (sister property). Parking was tight but available for guests.

Not enough storage or hangers in the room., for a weeks stay. Also it was my 50th Birthday while staying, not so much as a complimentary cup of coffee was given, it's a simple thing that makes a customer feel valued.
