Hot in summer without AC in caravan

No air conditioning, it was very hot inside, u couldnt open the windows a lot, one was broken. The caravan was okay but a little small

For a hostel very private, the caravan was nice and since it had everything included we didn’t need to use shared bathroom which i liked.

There are not enough showers at the camping and there is a queue, you can hear noise from the road

We choose a caravan, great and clean place with amazing sea and Italy view, there are towels, toilet paper, kettle and fan in the caravan. Amazing nature.

This was very professionally organised: perfectly clean, comfortable, well equipped, easy to find, and friendly staff. I appreciated that there was free parking, and even with a room alongside the main road, the double-paned windows really kept out the noise, I didn't notice anything.

One of the windows of the caravan which faces the bed was not frosted and there was no way to cover it so privacy is an issue. There is no way to lock the door from the inside so security is an issue, the bathroom door wouldn't close and the bathroom window was broken. There was also a stain on the bedsheets. Good location if you don't mind making do on a few things.

Great location, walk to Piran is not too far. We were in one of the caravans. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the ensuite toilet was plumbed in not chemical. A fan and kettle were provided and there were plenty of plug sockets.

Bathroom & toilets felt very unclean & not well maintained. Kitchen area wasn't particularly well equipped. Lacked things like cups & cutlery. Staff weren't particularly welcoming or informative upon arrival or during stay.

Very easy to find. Good parking. Nice terrace & garden area. Good to have a sink in the room. Close to Fiesa beach. Fantastic restaurant next door & very well stocked, good quality supermarket less than 5 mins walk away. Within walking distance into Piran but walk back quite steep.

The caravan door could not be locked. Lack of privacy because the windows cannot be covered by any blinders. If you carry a bedsheet or big towels, that might help.

I couldn't close one of the windows after I opened it. It got stuck, so that was a littlle inconvinient.

I stayed in the mobile home out back and it was lovely. Private, and the bed was super comfortable. The garden is perfect for unwinding in the evening.

The pillows were quite uncomfortable, as if they had been washed too much. Other than that, nothing!

There was aircon, there was a lot of space in the room. The staff were really friendly. We also got there at around 10:30am and asked to leave our bag behind the reception, but they let us into our room early - check in was 2pm! There was also a beautiful garden, with fruit trees, and great views. Great location too - short walk of around 20 mins into Piran!

Hostel is 90 meters about sea level, so the hometrip is excessive. Street very frequent, noisy.

The room was very cramped. No ventilation or fans. All lockers were being used and there weren't enough for the amount of beds/guests. No outlets in sight for charging devices, apart from one behind the bed frame which was out of reach. The shower drain was just an open hole and was blocked, so the water just kept rising until the whole bathroom flooded. The hostel is situated high up in the hills, so be prepared for a steep climb, if coming from the beach.

The hostel was quite cozy. I only stayed for one night so can't really comment on the kitchen and lounge facilities. The shower water pressure was nice and hot. I didn't get to meet the staff as I checked in late and out early, but they have arranged key collection after hours for me.

Expensive but everything here is, shared showers despite the offer saying otherwise, bugs inside and doors that sometimes don't open and you have to go through the window

It was lucky that on arrival a member of staff was just about to go and clean something, so I was able to catch them to check in. Otherwise I saw no staff at all the rest of the trip! Who knows how long I could have been waiting! So not a problem for me, but could be for others. There were a lot of rules listed, all with penalties associated. It felt a little restrictive. Small note: property is at high altitude so if you are walking be sure you are happy for a steep climb! None of these are major problems and I would definitely stay again!

Hostel was pleasant and air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Check in was easy and room was nice (slightly over equipped for a solo traveller as it was a private room with 4 beds!) Facilities on every floor seemed clean and no issues with overcrowding/waiting! Because property was halfway between Piran and Portoroz (with Strunjan close by too) it was excellent for going exploring, and there was always a simple route back!

It’s exactly as promoted. Location is great if youre by car or public transport. Its a bit of walking if youre by foot, but its not too bad 👍

Great room with air conditioning and a private balcony. Bathroom, showers and kitchen were all clean and good. Relatively short walk to the closest beach but be prepared to walk up and down some pretty steep hills. As long as you don’t mind walking the hills it’s a great place to stay

For a family or children would be too hot, so I recommend it for young couples.

The van looked the same as in the description. We liked it.

The caravan were fun but with the summer heat we were extremely warm (thankfully there was a little fan). The staff were not welcoming, just the bare minimum, took our passport and payment, a bit of a shame.

We were pretty unlucky since the place was super busy and noisy during our stay. During the summer time expect groups and garden parties around you. But well, it's a hostel...
