Fancy hotel near the bus station and not far from the old town. Clean rooms, abundant breakfast and nice view from the 17th floor.

This is a perfect hotel! From parking, to check-in, to room stay and dining, everything was spot on. We were given rooms on the 19th floor and had beautiful views over Ljubljana. The rooms are high spec and smartly appointed. Breakfast was great. Twice we took dinner in the hotel and enjoyed what was on offer. Received excellent service throughout!

So, I had to pay €150 on arrival, the lady on reception said it was just a hold and it wouldn’t take the money out of my account (sort of like an active card check) for any costs incurred during my stay, but it took the money out my account. I had only budgeted £500 for my trip, so down to €350 straight away, and it’s now been 5 days since I’ve checked out and still have not been refunded, which now means I’m in my overdraft and wasn’t able to enjoy the rest of my holiday when we moved to Lake Bled. I’ve never known a hotel to take so much money as a hold (you have my credit card details already from the payment so if there are any additional charges, surely they can be applied at checkout or charged afterward? Other than this, the hotel was wonderful, but truly a very upsetting experience. Really hoping I get a refund soon as it’s now costing me money being in my overdraft!

Decoration , convenience

Nice hotel, really stylish, but have some flaws. There was no circulation in the bathroom and I found socks in the closet🫠 not the treasure hunt you are hoping for.

Clean room, efficient check-in, amazing views. The room was perfect.

Breakfast was a disappointment. The hard-boiled eggs were liquid. The scrambled eggs were also liquid (every time). The drinks at the bar were extremely weak. To pay €12 for a mixed drink is expected at a nice place but I expect better quality for this price.

Very Great hotel. They also gave us a free upgrade. The staff was very helpful and nice. The facilities and room were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice.
