The double bed was 2 singles pushed together - would maybe be better if a double sheet even kept them together a bit more?

Beautiful location (we were in the area to visit lake Bled but would definitely recommend Zirovnica as a quieter spot). Staff were super helpful and friendly and food from the restaurant was really good.

The rooms are bit small and not sufficient space in the shower. The WiFi connection is not the best and the beds are a bit uncomfortable.

It's a good place to spend a night but I wouldn't stay more than that.

The room is basic as advertised and the bathroom facilities/doors could use a tidy but otherwise the room is as advertised and expected.

The staff were very friendly and it was nice to have the restaurant downstairs for dinner. The room was a/ advertised, basic but all we needed and within our budget.

On the other hand, we arrived hour and half after the check in could be done and our room still wasn’t ready, but it was communicated and solved, i’m not mad about that. The thing I did not understand was that they put wet sheets on the beds and let them dry out during the day, we had been told that if we came later it would’ve dried out totally and would not be wet. Again i’m not saying that it is the staffs fault it is the way things work there and I personally don’t think it should be done this way.

I really appreciate the approach from staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Communication was also really good. The breakfast was nice.

There was no air conditioning, there was no net on the windows and there were many flies and insects. Therefore we could not really cool down the room, because all the insects came in when opening the window. There were also flies in the breakfast hall. I would suggest installing AC to the rooms or net to the windows to solve this problem.

The location is great, really close to lake Bled and the scenery of the accomadtion is lovely. The hosts were nice and helpful. The parking area was big and there was always place to park. The patio in front of our room was great with nice sight and many chairs and tables. The room was equipped with TV, water heater, mini fridge etc.

The rooms need a bit of TLC. The decor was outdated, the shower was hanging off the wall and sprayed all over the floor, there was no soap in our bathroom (and also no soap in any of the shared bathrooms), and there was only one lamp in the room.

The staff were really nice and helpful. It was also really close to the town of Bled (we wanted to go to Lake Bled) - only around a 15 minute drive, but so much cheaper than Bled!

There was only 1 key for my room which may have been a problem if there were two people staying. I felt like the floor and under the bed areas needed a bit more cleaning.

Guesthouse itself is an old hotel with somewhat of an antique vibe to it. I was sharing a room with two beds but as the other person was not there, I had the whole place for myself. The kitchen and other services stop at 8pm but one can still go outside. Seems like a pretty safe neighborhood too.

A bit of a strange smell in the corridors and toilets. Maybe it's because we were on a trip out of season, but it was cold there. We were given electric heaters instead of normal heating.

Decent accommodation. No need to check-out at the reception. Great location for our activities (mountain trips, Bled…) I would come again.

The room wasn't too nice. Some shelves were barely hanging. Okay for a one night stay, but not for a longer holiday.

It is good value for money. If you're traveling by car it is at a perfect location to visit the Bled lake, but have rest at the end of the day a bit away from the crowds. The food was great with enormous portion sizes. The staff was very friendly.

Nice village location only few minutes drive from Lake Bled. Half board meals provided. and a well stocked bar for guests and locals. Friendly atmosphere. Compared to other accommodation the price was good. Lake Bled and surroundings are expensive..

The shower and WC cubicles were more like those you would expect in a dorm hostel situation. The room facilities did not include bedside tables and lamps.

Guesthouse Osvaldo provided a functional base in a good location in Zirovnica. My room was spacious and had the basics (Wi-Fi, tv).. The on site bar and restaurant made for an easy stay.

To sleep here you should have a good ability to adapt. Our room was small, the mattresses were thin and the sheets not very clean. The bathroom is cold, but fairly clean. If you are looking for a one - night hostel near the Lake Bled, to sleep and take a hot shower, this is the right place! :)

I've been in this hostel in January 2024. The place is in a good location, near the Lake Bled. It has parking places, so it's easy for the luggage. About this point, please, mind that the rooms are at the first or second floor and there is no elevator.
