Great place right near railway station. We were offered bikes tomorrow ride into the town and close to swimming hole on the River. Breakfast was good as was dinner. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a nice walk to the nearby train station and a bit further and had a great view of the railroad bridge. The breakfast was excellent, especially, the omelette

Make sure the room windows are closed. Otherwise, there will be lots of mosquitoes coming in.

Restaurant was excellent we had a lovely evening meal with delicious local cuisine and a great breakfast. Room was basic but comfortable and suited us fine for 1 night..

Rooms could be updated with more modern furnishings

The staff was amazingly friendly and even gave us cooled water for our hike. The room was very cute and clean, the food in the restaurant for dinner and the breakfast were delicious.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was genuinely excellent—fresh and full of flavour. The room matched the photos and met expectations: clean, comfortable, and just as described. Parking on-site made things easy, and the sunny courtyard was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

The location is a bit off the beaten path, so it might not suit those looking to explore nearby towns easily. That said, it wasn’t an issue for us as we were happy staying put and enjoying the peace and quiet.

Great breakfast, really helpful and friendly staff. Quiet, private, felt safe.

Our mattress was extremely bare. Had a terrible nights sleep due to feeling springs in mattress. Partner was kept up by mosquitoes. Lots of mosquito smears on roof where other people have also been subject to them.

The location is very good, opposite the railway station.

I have visited this place many times over the past 20-30 years. This time we had problems. I now have very strict dietary restrictions and these could not be met in the restaurant in the evening. The breakfast was great, buffet stye, eat as little as you can; so no wasted food.

Great staff, friendly owners. Nice atmosphere with other guests. Rooms have large space for clothes (wardrobe). A bit ageing overall but good based on the area’s standards.

Clean, basic room with an authentic vibe. The lovely host made up a vegetarian plate for me for dinner filled with different dishes and it was so delicious! Beautiful view from my window. A nice stroll into the main town

We liked our stay at Pri Stefanu. Nice breakfast included. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a flat tyre and the owner got his son to come and help us changing the flat tyre. We very much appreciated that.

Nice, clean and warm room. There is also a shared lobby on the floor where one can choose a book to read and relax on a sofa. Friendly staff.

The breakfast is super basic, but individually cooked.

Location is 2 mins away from the train station and bus stop which facilitated travel out of Most na Soci. The guesthouse is family run and staff are very friendly. Accommodation including breakfast was good value for money. Restaurant was open downstairs for dinner every evening and food was excellent.

The only thing that I wasn't too keen on is the shower which was on the small side with a curtain which kept sticking to me. Also it would be better if there was double socket at side of bed for lamp and to charge phone. These are just small things but they would not stop me staying at Pri Stefanu again. In fact, I am sure I will be back!

Cheap, friendly staff and big meal !

Great place!

Good breakfast, free parking at the property. The guesthouse itself in acceptable condition for a relatively low price, but there are old carpets, furniture, including the bed. The old refrigerator in the room we had to turn off from the contact, because it buzzed very loudly.

The behavior of the receptionist could become a case study of how not to handle guests. On the evening of check-in he mentioned the check-out time, we did not pay due attention to it, treating it rather as standard information that is given by guesthouse staff. On the day of check-out, he did not remind us that we had to check out by 10:00 am despite the fact that he had seen us at breakfast since 9 (we were the only guests there at the time). At 9:50 we came to reception and were reminded to check out and after packing quickly, we showed up at the front desk at 10:05 admitting our mistake and apologizing for the slight delay. Our apology was not met with acceptance but with an immediate outburst, a series of unkind comments, repeated over and over again, along the lines of “maybe you should only stay in hotels”, “You only had to listen when I mentioned it”. Our “big fault” ended up with unpleasant malice at all tourists who only cause problems. Trying to alleviate the situation and apologize again did not help, we only listened to more unpleasant words for a few minutes of delay. Thus, instead of starting the day of vacation in a good mood the atmosphere was spoiled. We remember the stay very unpleasantly.
