The rooms have been upgraded and some of the public areas that we saw. But there is so much more that could be done with the balcony eating area and outside section. The views are stunning.

This property is directly on the beach. It’s a busy beach in August and there are two beach bars - separate from the hotel. Private parking and the staff are very welcoming.

Very close to beach, a beach bar and walking distance from Piran city centre. Huge parking space, even for bigger cars comfortable parking. There is no lift though, but stairs are somewhat low.

The Hotel is directly on the beach and next to the sea promenade and a few minutes walk into Piran. The view over the beach is spectacular. You can see Trieste on one side and as far as Grado on the other side. So either enjoy a swim in the sea or have a stroll in the old town. Just over the hill ist the Strunjan natural park. We'll be back!

Did have lots of ants in the room in the morning. Bar next door was a little loud and had to have window open as no AC at that time of year.

Location was lovely right on the water and just a 15-20 min walk to Piran centre. Enjoyed a drink on the terrace area. Room was fine and breakfast had variety.

One night guests drank & chatted loudly below our balcony & ignored our requests to keep quiet … they stayed out chatting loudly & drinking until 4am! 😞

Not sure if it’s due to off season (we were there at Easter) but there’s really only breakfast available at the hotel. No other eating options. No coffee/tea facility in the room. No bar to then utilise. Also there’s no lift so people are carrying heavy cases up 1-4 flights of stairs.. It’s a 15 mins walk into Piran along a rough paved path directly alongside the coastline. For us for and able it was no problem but I can imagine with kids or less able people it would be bit challenging.

It’s very clean, our room 301, spacious and large balcony directly overlooking the sea. For the balcony was in the shade from mid morning onwards but that kept the room cool. It was dog friendly :-)

We had a room with a balcony with a gorgeous view to the sea, Italian coast and Alps. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great and I liked the quiet location, 15 minutes walk to Piran along the path on a cliff next to the sea.

Nothing, This is a good 3 star hotel in an excellent location.

We stayed 1 night here to visit Piran. The location is amazing, literally right by the sea so even though we only stayed one night we swam in the Adriatic in the evening then the morning. The hotel itself is nice, not in of itself special the rooms are good, everything is neat and clean, the breakfast is good normal continental fare, check in and check out was straightforward and it is 15-20 minutes walk along the coast to Piran. They were also happy for us to leave our car in the morning after we checked out which is super useful so you don't have to try to Park somewhere else near Piran. Make sure you get one of the rooms with the view and balcony on the sea side. The location is everything and I would not want to miss out on looking out over the sea in the evening and morning.

We had a room with balcony and sea view which was amazing. Was on the 3rd floor and no lift but staff helped bring the bags up. View and balcony made up for it. A very nice coastal walk into Piran. Free parking was a plus ,Expansive breakfast

Beautiful sea views from our room, recently renovated and in a great location. Plus, parking is included. We loved the location right on the water, and only a 15-minute walk to the old town center. Our room had a sea view, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the view. Breakfast was very good as well. A very comfortable stay, would stay again!
