How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewEasy Check In, clear Instructions, near the bus station. Super easy to get into downtown. Clean capsule at arrival. Access to the room and hostel via QR Codes. Bathroom gets cleaned once a day.
Too small bathroom for so many people. Queuing for bathroom/toilette is normal since shower and toilets are in the same room. The air gets sticky in the room quickly. There is a fan in every room but it even on strongest settings it is too weak when you book with two people. Had to open the door during midnight to get fresh air from the hallway. Room size was listed with 5 squaremeters, but actually there is barely one squaremeter useable / only one squaremeter has a ceiling height of 2 meters.

Verified reviewWe traveled as a family but booked two separate rooms which worked really well to give everyone some space from each other. The pods had everything you need in terms of storage, charging points and outlets. The bathrooms were very clean and the common area, although small was well looked after and had everything you’d need. The QR codes for entry made everything really easy as we didn’t arrive until late and it wasn’t a hassle to check in or out. Would definitely book again
The pods were a little hot and, although we had the air turned right down, we couldn’t work out how to get it cooler. However the corridors and bathrooms were perfect so we did end up leaving the doors slightly open when possible to cool the pods down.

Verified reviewIt was a unique experience, we had never stayed in a similar accommodation before. I was with my son (8) and he was also very satisfied. The decorations of the communal hall and the corridor, everything was very artistic and filled with humor and a pleasant atmosphere. The cleanliness and layout of the restrooms are excellent. The lockable door creates a private atmosphere for the sink, toilet and shower in a small room. The automatic entry system and air conditioning are great.
A very small observation is that the air felt a little dry, perhaps due to the pleasant temperature of the air conditioning.

Verified reviewComfy beds, clean bedroom. Standard hostel
Was a fair walk into the city centre (around 30 mins). Bathrooms/ showers were not clean there were definitely not enough for the amount of people staying there

Verified reviewThe bed was comfy and clean. Water in the shower super warm
There was no-one to be seen in reception at any time. No one to speak to. Nowhere to leave luggage and collect it later after check out. For a hostel it's very unusual. Far from the center and if you have to go back at night is not ideal.

Verified reviewthe music when coming in (jazz tunes), the water boiler, the readiness to help from staff, the free earplugs, the degree of silence from other guests.
the air-conditioning in the income room was very very cold. Also, our door didn't close well, so you could open the door without putting in the code.

Verified reviewThe hostels is nice and clean. Very small but cozy and super clean bathrooms. Location is good, very connected to the city center with 2 bus. You can find parking close by, also for free if lucky.
They adopted the Japanese cubicle hostels philosophy, so the rooms are really small and crowded. You can hear a lot from the surrounding rooms. (They offer ear cuffs if you like) For one night is ok.

Verified reviewThe staff was nice... WHEN someone was there. One plus is that there are several restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store.
I would not recommend staying here. This seems like a capsule hotel experiment gone wrong. I was well aware that this was a capsule hotel, and I've stayed in capsule hotels before, so I was prepared for small, closet-like rooms. The problem with the rooms is that, despite their claims of being well ventilated with clean air, the air is humid and dank. The sheets on the bed were slightly damp throughout the stay and the thermostat in the room did not cool it very much. The bathrooms ran out of toilet paper several times and since the hostel is essentially unstaffed, there is no way to report the issue or get more. The showers did not have curtains and there were no mops for guests to clean after themselves, and the showers share a room with the toilets, so the toilets stay wet. The fridge provided is way too tiny, the drying rack looks like it's never been cleaned, and the kettle had floating plastic bits in it. Our QR code stopped working halfway through our stay, and there was no response through the app and we had to bang on the doors. I personally ended up helping other guests figure out how to get in with their codes, since the staff only works occasionally. The third-party company that manages this and responds in the app uses a call center and does not allow you to contact the property staff directly for assistance. There is also nowhere to sit and hang out. The lobby also has a bunch of tours for sale and a lot of merch for some reason, but I don't know why anyone would buy this. This feels like a place that opened with high hopes and now has not been maintained well and has barely functional staff taking care of it. And yet the prices are still high. Anyone staying here must have no other options or has been duped. This property should honestly be removed from being listed on this site.

Verified reviewNext-gen hostel / capsule hotel: everything is automated, isolated and super clean. Dragon theme actually makes you feel comfy, despite being quite cheesy :)
It was a bit hard to find the entrance (it's a staircase going down outside of the building), some guidance would have been nice.

Verified reviewIt was convenient and easy, capsule hotel you get what you pay for here. Shower pressure was strong and bathrooms clean. Dragon tail in common area very cool!
The air conditioning did not work, we had to sleep with the door open. Not acceptable for privacy and for safety. Room got hotter and hotter with the door shut. We did not meet any staff.

Verified reviewClose to the city centre. You get a big lockable locker.
It would be nice to have hand soap in the bathroom and a hanger in the capsule.

Verified reviewThe price-value ratio was good. It was clean, for one night it was Ok. The provided bedding and towel was good. That in the bath the WC and the shower was in one "room".
Too many people for the shared baths, which was only 6. They were always full. The cabin was too low for me, I was in the bottom cabin. It was not easy to climb in or out of it. There was no storage space next to the cabin, only a storage locker which couldn't be closed, even though there was a QR code reader for this purpose.
