The breakfast is decent, with a nice selection of cheeses and vegetables, the only drawback being that the coffee – from a machine – is quite poor. The location is good, close to the highway, in case you just need a place to spend the night or use it as a base for trips around the area, since getting to Novo Mesto is realistically only possible by car.

In a standard double room there is no electric kettle or refrigerator, which should really be considered standard nowadays.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, clean rooms, easy check-in. Everything was fine.

I'm used to a harder mattress from home, so the bed was too soft for me. But that's just my personal habit.

Restaurant, food and low prices there. Playground for kids. Huge parking. Surrounded with nature. Location i.e. right next to the highway.

24/7 check in and very responsive staff.

The hotel is not flexible with changing booking initially made.

Not much, few glitches here and there, mainly due to work overload since the Hotel was completely booked out. And for a good reason.

Car park and breakfast

We are experienced road trippers, spending more than half the year staying in hotels, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Upon arrival, we were met with a long check-in queue, as there was only one receptionist trying to handle everything. The room we were first given had a completely blocked sink. This poor receptionist, clearly exhausted, tried to fix it herself but couldn’t. She then offered us another room, but it had an unbearable smell. We went back to the reception and found another staff member, explained the situation, and he came to our room to unblock the sink. It took him about 45 minutes, during which a strong body odor filled the room. We had to open the windows to get fresh air, but that let in mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep properly. By the time everything was “fixed,” we had already lost almost two hours, leaving us tired and frustrated. There was no crisis management, no proper communication, and certainly no gesture of goodwill or sincere apology. The cost-to-value ratio was completely negative, and we would never return. To make matters worse, it’s a pet-friendly hotel, and we could hear dogs barking from other rooms throughout our stay.

This is a great place to stay while traveling, especially with kids. It has a large playground, an arcade room, a bowling alley, and a restaurant. The food was really good, the room was comfortable, and although it’s by the road, it’s quiet and surrounded by beautiful green scenery.

Room was really dirty, floors are dirty, black mold in the Toilette and shower, Restaurant waiter are so rude and doesn't really want to help you,

Everything was just great. We didnt expect that hotel by itself it will be fancy but we were surprised. The breakfast was just great with a plenty choices. Definitly we recommand it.

Nice stay on the highway. Good restaurant and park for the kids.

No elevator to reach the rooms. However they are all on the first floor and the staff offered to help with the luggage.

Hotel was nice and clean, with a large restaurant and a fun playroom/game area for kids. The receptionist spoke excellent English and was very helpful. However, the restaurant staff didn’t understand English well, and our starters and main courses were served at the same time due to a misunderstanding. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement in the restaurant service.

Did not eat the gnocchi as they were full of cooking cream. Waiter pointed to the plate as it was still full.When I mentioned that the gnocchi tasted only of cooking cream, nothing was done to address it. I’m not sure they fully understood what I was saying.

Lovely hotel with amazing trampoline park. It's a lot of fun for kids. Facilities were clean and nice, and breakfast was very good.

Nice, clean room, comfortable beds, great playground for kids, good restaurant, close to highway.

Maybe a mosquito net would be good to have so that you can open the window- there were lot of flees. I have to say the breakfast looks very cheap.
