Is a little bit away from the center, but the bus station is very close if you don’t want to make the distance on foot.

The apartment is amazingly decorated. It has a parking lot, which for us was mandatory. The host is very helpful, responsive and kind. We even had a sweet treat surprise when we arrived which we appreciated a lot.

the furniture in the bathroom may need some changes as is made from wood and keeps the moisture making a strange smell

We found Eagle's Nest at the last minute during a few days in Slovenia, and staying there for two days was a perfect choice. We stayed at studio on the first floor. The building and its surroundings are very well-maintained. The cleanliness and amenities are top-notch. The apartment is cery well equipped. Its design, layout, and quality exceeded our expectations. Free parking is an additional advantage, and the convenient location in a quiet neighborhood allows you to both relax and enjoy Ljubljana's attractions (just a 20-minute walk along the river to the Old Town). The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and communication via WhatsApp was fantastic. All self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. This apartment is awesome! Self check-in, which we loved! Easy to find, really modern and extra clean! Located in quiet area of Ljubljana with a good parking spot. In the street there are some construction works, but the windows are so good, we didn't hear anything! Owner is really helpful with sharing great tips and advices on where to eat, what to do. Video on how to get to the city centre by foot was also shared. We didn't need it now, but we thought it was extra helpful and great. Good joob! We loved the shower and water pressure, there is also coffee machine with coffee capsules and when we arrived there was cold water waiting for us in the fridge! This was such a good experience and thank you for having us!

Location was a bit of a walk from town but we were aware of this and the walk is lovely along the river.

Easy to access, good communication with the host when needed. Excellent WiFi and general facilities. Bed was very comfortable and the blinds definitely did their job!

Absolutely lovely place to stay in Ljubljana. We sadly stayed only one night, but this will be our place to go whenever we are in the city. The studio was new and modern and had everything we needed. It was very peaceful and silent, and the neighbourhood is lovely. The reserved parking spot was a huge bonus for us. The host is very responsive, and the check-in is so fast and simple. All in all, the place exceeded our expectations!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The shared kitchenette with tea, coffee machine and especially the fridge was very convenient - you share it with 2 other rooms, yet everything was very clean. It is very quiet, we didn't hear the other guests at all. Just keep in mind that there is a carpetfloor (in case of allergies). Communication with the hosts was perfect. We loved the free parking spot and the proximity to the botanical garden as well as the river. We would definitely stay there again.

It’s in a great location—about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the city center along the scenic tunnel/river, yet quiet and peaceful, with convenient private parking.
