Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Czech RepublicOnly little problem were wasps nesting inside the horse saddle in front of the bungalow, when you sit on it (what kids love), they were aggressive. We had few stings…. We spoke about it, but nothing happened. But it was super cool beautiful stay with everything….
It was very cool, specially for kids. Animals and lots of fan, clean, beautiful.

HungaryNature and animals added so much charm to our stay-a gentle hen regularly approached us, even letting my son pet her, while a friendly cat lounged around the restaurant terrace, purring as we came near. In the pigpen, a piglet munches happily, wagging its curly tail with a smile on its face. From the nearby pastures, we could hear horses neighing and cows mooing in their spacious enclosure, and the high-pitched mewing of common buzzards often echoed from above the forest edge. In the evening, the rhythmic, playful sound of hooves filled the air as the horses and foals were led in for the night. The children were especially delighted by the huge playground, which kept them entertained for hours with its slides, old tractor, zip line etc... A cool mountain breeze made the summer nights wonderfully restful, helping us sleep soundly through until morning. A truly special place-highly recommended for families and nature lovers alike.

AustriaWe had a truly wonderful stay! The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and always smiling – they really made us feel welcome. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the whole place felt very well cared for. Our children had so much fun, and it was an unforgettable experience for our family. The house was cool and comfortable thanks to the air conditioning, which was a huge plus since we stayed during the hottest days of summer. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows could have been better. Also, the bedding was a bit disappointing – it wasn’t 100% cotton and felt too synthetic, which made it a bit warm at night. Cotton sheets would have made a big difference. The animals on the property were clearly well taken care of and looked very healthy and happy – a joy for the kids to see! Overall, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. Thank you for everything!

SloveniaOnly one toilet for 20 people. It was very narrow and while pooping my head was bumping on the door.
I was traveling with the group, so the part I liked the most is that there was space for all of us to hang out, both in sleeping area and eating area. Also orange cat was so adorible I wanted to adopt it.

GermanyThe only issue was the kitchen. Too tiny for 2, let alone 4 people (2 groups sharing) and almost void of appliances, so almost useless. 1 unusual cooking device without description.
Greeting by cheerful host. Bedroom in the waggon was great. Beds comfy and rest of furniture in small space beautifully done. Private bathroom appreciated and beautiful sauna a bonus. breakfast lovingly presented and plenty.

PolandCan't think of any.
This small paradise in the middle of nothing stole our hearts. The hut was super clean, comfy and it was really warm inside. All the facilities have everything you need. Sauna is a big advantage after the whole days of hiking. Everyday there was different breakfast, fresh and tasty. Staff was really nice and helpful. And the surroundings... Green farm with the company of animals - horses, cats, chickens. It was our first glamping expierence and it was awesome. Also, Slovenia is beautiful, breathtaking country. We definitely will be back someday.

GermanyI understand the challenging logistics of making the toilet and shower functional on a stationary RV, but that would have made a huge difference compared to the midnight trips to the toilet outside, especially with a toddler.
Great location. The playground and the horses were a big hit with my 4 year old son. The camper was in great shape and very clean. The host was a bit hard to find when I arrived (no obvious signs for "reception") but he was very helpful and friendly. Very good experience for what we needed, just spending the night on a long road trip.

RussiaToilet condition was a bit questionable - no soap or toilet paper. Also it looked more like the farm workers toilet, with some personal belongings, rather then for the guests.
Quiet place in the middle of the nature. The trailer is pretty modern, car can be parked just next to it. Breakfast is also nice and rich.

GermanyDue to time of year the toilet in the camper van was not functional, so you have to run to the main building.
"The Cowboy's Village" is located in a small village on top of a mountain. We've booked a "regular" Camper Van and a old-style Caravan for a family of 4 (2 kids), so the children had hard time deciding as they really wanted to try sleeping in both of those. The wagons are quite warm even for cold nights (we had +2 with heavy rain). The area is very quiet. The breakfast was great (fried eggs, bacon, bread), the kids did not feel hungry all the way until Germany. Lots of animals (horses, very communicative cats, crows, a dog) and a huge playground. On rainy days be sure to bring rubber boots/mountain boots though, this is still a camping.

PolandSome small things, which didnt impact our stay.
Got there with a car and the road was dificult as it was steep, curvy and very narrow. But once we goth there, nature was very beautifull, we also encountered horses, pigs, cows and hens there:). Cool farm experience. The stuff was very nice, espacially Maja. Also they were very flexible with check in hours and met us late at night, as we were not able to arrive sooner. Good value for the money we paid.

NetherlandsThis is such an amazing accommodation to stay at! It is very close to the city of Ljubljana - just 30 minutes away. The property concept is also very interesting. It is situated on a hill with amazing sights all around you. You can see a lot of animals, nature and enjoy beautiful mornings and sunsets. We stayed in a hostel at the property and loved it! The beds were very comfortable and the room was newly made. The common bathroom was very well maintained and clean. Outside of the hostel is a lively outdoor common area where you can grab drinks and pizza, listen to music and socialize. Definitely would visit again!

ArgentinaThey didn't tell us that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, I even called before going and they didn't tell us anything. We arrived without food and had to go back to town to buy it. Another important thing is that the signs are not in English and the fences were electrified! My 2 and a half year old daughter touched them by mistake and got a current (we were never told this). The toilets are outside the Glamping Hut. We were practically alone, and you couldn't touch the animals either.
The bed in the Glamping Hut was comfortable. The view was beautiful. Good breakfast.
