Location in the heart of this beautiful city, yet very quiet. Clean, modernly designed rooms, excellent breakfast! Underground parking for our car! Very friendly staff.

Central location, beautiful rooms, comfortable, great bathrooms, breakfast was great, 24 hour front desk, incredibly impressed.

Room was very comfortable, clean and modern. The bed and pillows were comfy which made for a good night's rest. The hotel staff were very friendly and even let us check in at 10am after our early morning flight which was super helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and filling. Location to both city centre and bus station was less than 10 minute walk which was convenient.

Location is great, walking distance to the centre and sight seeings. Spacious and clean room for 3 persons, very good variety in the breakfast!!!

The WiFi in the room was terrible, long time to face such difficulties with WiFi in my travelling. Although we had booked through reception a taxi to drive us to the airport 3 hours earlier than our departure, the taxi arrived with 25’ delay and after two calls to the taxi company. This for sure frustrated us a lot.

The hotel is located within a few minutes walk from the city centre and is located near all the activities I wanted to see. The room was very clean and well maintained

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Room was really spacious. Location was central (5 mins to Dragon Bridge) and close to the railway station.

The staff were more than helpful, and our trip was a huge success thanks to their assistance and recommendations. Breakfast was a joy each day with even a small offering of truly local produce and the one evening we dined in at the Lobby Bar, we were pleasantly surprised by the large selection of local dishes to choose from. Our room was very clean and tidy, spacious for a couple on a weekend getaway and the hotel itself has an amazing location close to a lotnof restaurants and cafes and the main attractions of the city.

That we only stayed for a weekend - next time we are coming back for a longer stay

Reception staff very helpful and sorted a minor problem with our room quickly and with a positive can do attitude.

The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was superb and the location perfect.

Corner room bedroom with terrace was great - high point of hotel

Very high standard, immaculate. Great facilities in the rooms, coffee machine, kettle, robes etc. Double sink bathroom, fantastic breakfast, every food imaginable and good quality. Great location- a 10 minute walk to the centre. They helped with providing some adapters as we forgot ours! If you don’t have your room cleaned they offer you both a free glass of wine or beer on the terrace- a great incentive to maintain eco friendly services.

The restaurant is closed in the evening but you could get a snack from the outdoor bar.

The localization is excellent. There are no traffic noises. You can park at the entrance while you do the check in and the garage is very near.

The personal at the reception was rude. The breakfast had no allergies indications. The breakfast did not have a corner with dairies for lactose intolerants or allergics to gluten.

Exceptional as always, our first choice for stay in Ljubljana.

Location was perfect.

Huge breakfast but of low quality. The hot food was only lukewarm. Didn’t end up eating at an eight the fruit and cereals. Very busy hotel and breakfast was 90% for every morning.

The hotel was lovely and the room very comfortable. The food in the hotel is really good. We had a gorgeous breakfast each morning and delicious sandwiches in the relaxing rooftop garden for lunch on two days. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great for sightseeing in Ljubljana. We would highly recommend a stay at City Hotel
