Charming house in green garden is exactly what it is. Very charming house and places in the garden to stay there. We could leave our bikes in the locked garage. This was perfect. Borislav and his wife are very kind people and we enjoyed our stay very much. Supermarkets nearby and a short ride with the bikes to the city center.

The lack of noise, the cleanliness, its proximity to shops and ease of access to roads.

Very convenient location, only few minutes outside the highway. Quiet area, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. House was very clean and well equipped. We found everything we needed there. House is surrounded by a stunning garden, where you can find a safe parking place for your car. The host was extremely professional, kind and attentive. Highly recommend it!

Great little house in a residential area in Maribor. Would recommend and would stay there again. The owners were super nice to us and even provided advice.

Maybe the position is a bit too far from downtown? We did not try public transportation, because we were travelling by car, so we cannot say how it would have been in that case.

This is a suitable place for those looking for peace and quiet. The hosts are helpful and informative. We travelled by car, so having the opportunity to park the car inside the yard was of great help.

Everything was great! If you want a nice, quiet accomodation ten minutes drive from the city center, this place is perfect for you! A nice, clean house with a cute garden, and a parking place, perfect!

We felt like home. The host is absolutely amazing, so kind, so helpful, so willing to make you feel like home. Very clean, well decorated, very well equipped. For a longer stay, kitchen is gold. Nearby there are some shops including a Lidl and a Hofer where you can buy things to cook. A kebap shop is also close (you walk 3 min to it). You need car to get to the center of the city but in 10 minutes or maximum 15 at every hour you are anywhere in Maribor you want. Parking is in the courtyard. This is very helpful for a longer stay because in the city every street parking is paid (1 eur / h, except Sat & Sun). We stayed in January and the house was warm and comfortable even ourside there were -10 Celsius degrees. It is a small old house, recently renovated with a bedroom where a queen-size bed is, and separately a small livingroom with a sofa bed. In the kitchen you have almost everything to make your breakfast or even lunch and dinner. Excellent location also for those who come to ski.

Wonderful place to stay! House was very clean and well equipped. We found everything we needed there. We also asked for bed for child, with was waiting for us in our arrival date. Hose is located in quiet area. Our hosts ara very friendly and kind. I will definitlye recomend this place to everyone and hope that we will visit here again.

The house exceeded our expectations based on the pictures on the site! The home was clean and lovely put together. We very much enjoyed our stay. The city of Maribor was about a 10 minute drive to a free parking lot. It was also possible to take a bike. The garden was great to have breakfast, play a game or just chill in the evening.

Everything was cared for. Unfortunately the airfryer did not work and oil was not included in the kitchen.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. Borislav and Jerica make guests feel so welcome. They put a lot of thought into making the apartment attractive and homely and provide everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is conveniently close to public transport and several supermarkets. The garden setting is beautiful and relaxing. I certainly recommend it.

The house is IN FACT CHARMING! It is located in a quiet street, not that far away from downtown. It is surrounded by a stunning garden, where you can find a safe parking place for your car. The interior is well equiped, you can even find an airfryer in the kitchen, which I really appreciated. The owner is friendly and very kind. Highly recommend it!

House is beautiful and cozy, kitchen is well equiped. It was warm enough and great location for our one day trip to Vienna and skiing in Pohorje. Street is so quiet and you can really rest well. The hosts are adorable and kind. Will definitely come back.

WiFi was very bad and basically didn't work but we had our own mobile data. If you are not from Europe that is something you should have in mind.
