Great location, just a few minutes walking from the lake, restaurants and shops. Private parking. Easy to check-in and out. Friendly host, who borrowed us walking sticks, screwdriver, and whatever we needed.

The room was advertised with "private kitchenette" but in fact, it was outside of the room, shared with other rooms. It didn't cause us any trouble though, but I believe that the description of the property should be updated to reflect this. Also note that tourism tax needs to be paid in cash / transfer, which is fine, just prepare for it.

The accommodation was very close to the lake, and a shop was just a few minutes’ walk away. The kitchen and rooms were well equipped, and the surroundings were nice and clean. The host was kind and helpful.

The beds were very creaky and it was disturbing while sleeping, but they were comfortable nonetheless

Very clean, lovely big room with balcony. Excellent AC and wifi. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen if you fancy cooking a meal. Fridge for storing water. Only ten minutes stroll to the lake. Supermarket and restaurants very close. Manager Mirko was welcoming and was always around. Reasonably priced too. Would happily stay there again.

All good. Maybe having a plug in the basin would save water? But that's a very small point!

The apartment room was as expected, everything was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfortable and the airconditioning was nice on hot days. Additionally, the kitchen was clean and the bin was emptied every day.

Excellent locationn, only a few minutes to the lake, restaurants and everything. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we need. The balcony overlooking the mountains and fields is highlight. We do hear noise from cars, but it's absolutely acceptable. The host Mirko is very nice and reliable. The stay in Booa is perfect!

Great apartment, clean and had everything we needed in the little kitchen. Sofa was super comfy and could login into Netflix and Disney plus etc. Rooms were a good size and nice beds. Owner let us leave our stuff with him when we checked out which was lovely. Perfect location for walking to the lake and a Mercator near by with cafes and restaurants too. Easy to get the coach to from Ljubljana. Would recommend and come again! Thanks so much for having us

Balcony wasn’t connected to the apartment but on the lower floor. Still private and didn’t matter much to us.

The location was awesome. Walking distance to lake Bohinj.

Friendly welcome and ideal location for walking to the lake and village. Lovely to sit on balcony. Kitchen clean and well equipped.

Location, host was very kind, friendly and informative.

The apartment's kitchen was not within the apartment and it was shared with one other unit. The bathroom was very compact; toilet was rather tight , squized between the door and the miniscule sink. There are larger more comfortable apartments available in the same building.

The location was great, the bus stop was closed by as well as supermarket and restaurants. Quiet building even as it is on main road. Comfortable private room with balcony and private bathroom with very good shower. Shared with one other guest a well equipped kitchen. New air-conditioning and heater unit, which was great if keeping windows closed at night. All in all, it is a great budget accomodation which I highly recommend.

Clean modern room, with a balcony with a fabulous view. Shared kitchen. About 200m to Bohinj centre.

Location is excellent. The room is very clean and simple, great view from.the window . Free parking and easy check in the owner is always home. You have a shared kitchen outside thr room with kettle, fridge and cooking things.

The furnishings are a little tired and old, sheets and towels worn and bed is metal and not so comfortable. Not really generous toiletries just one liquid soap for bath and sink. But if those things don't bother you it's okay. You can't pay with credit card.

Host was very nice. The facilities were modern.

The pictures indicated that you had a kitchenette in the room, but it was actually down the hall.
