Incredible views of mountains from bedroom, quiet bedroom, wonderful facilities with saunas, swimming pools, jacuzzi bath, bowling, table tennis, fantastic food especially catered for us brilliantly as we have a few intolerances - gluten and egg free and vegetarian didn’t stop us having 4 course dinners! Amazing. WiFi was great, we watched a movie one night on our laptop. Fantastic staff. Perfect for our family of 4. Would absolutely stay here again. 100% recommend.

Only thing would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room but this doesn’t stop me giving it ten out of ten!

Nice spacious family rooms, gorgeous views on mountains if you look above the city.

No water to drink in the room, not functioning bath tub with bubbles, worn mattress on the sofa that kids slept on, part of balcony secured with a wooden plate, not working steering panel to aircon. The hotel is screaming for renovation, the aquapark too!! Quite good breakfasts but the buffet area too small for number of tables & guests at the same time + awful coffee taste both machine & filter one. Evening half-board overpriced and disappointing on taste, variety and service level, not even water included in the HB price. Generally this was nowhere near a 4-star hotel service level on multiple dimensions. Very disappointing.

The food was great. The staff went out of their way to cater for my nut allergy. They were very friendly. The room was comfortable. It was too hot at night, staff did bring us a fan.

Room cleaning wasn't very good, we asked for our room to be cleaned on day 3 and the toilet wasn't cleaned, dirty towels left lying around and dirty glasses not changed. Alongside this, there was some dirt in the pool at the wellness centre.

The design was nice and it was near the lake.

Did not get a couple's bed as requested. Access to the pools was payed extra and was not specified while booking. Staff was mostly unkind.

Super location and aqua park next door. Wish we had more time to go in the spa part before we left! Great view of mountains. Great for Lake Bohinj and away from crowds of Lake Bled

Only downside was weak shower water pressure but we managed!

we loved the hotel! it's a kids friendly hotel with lots of activities . the location is beautiful, close to everything.

Nice hotel with spacious family room, and amazing views! Close to lake Bohinj and many other beautiful places and waterfalls. The Aqua world is a handy addition with or without kids after a day in nature. Good varieties of food, neat and tidy everywhere.

Airco is only working till 10pm due to the maintenance noise.

From the moment we checked in everything was amazing. We asked for a quite room and were given an end of corridor room overlooking the local church and mountains. The room itself was spotless with a balcony, walk in shower, desk, chairs and tv. The selection for buffet breakfast was very varied and suited every taste. The dining room was very large and bright. Plenty of staff on hand at all times. Access to the leisure centre/aqua park was easy and the facilities were great. There were loads of lockers available, dressing rooms and showers. The indoor section of the aqua park was great for kids but we preferred to be outside. The large pool here was heated and never too busy. We were always able to find sun loungers or chairs. There was a little cafe that served light snacks, Drinks and ice cream. We had dinner in the hotel 3 out of 7 nights and were very happy withe the selection available and the quality of the food. There was always a good choice of dishes with vegetarian options also available. There are also a number of restaurants in the village and in the surrounding area.

It was very hot while we were there ranging from 26 to 32 degrees. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in our room for water etc.

Super spacious and very nicely decorated rooms. Our kid daily enjoyed the availability of the water park. The views from the hotel are amazing.

The hotel was in a good location and easy access to public transport as we didn't have a car. Breakfast was really good different items everyday so it was varied.

Didn't realise when booked this that the aquapark was open to the public aswell so it got really busy there especially with little kids way too many tbh as there were loads of young kids at the hotel.aswell.if it wasn't for that fact I would def stay there again.

Comfortable beds and spacious room, nice spa on the top floor. Very good breakfast.

A bit expensive

Aqua park was great, corridor to get there from the hotel. Nice terrace outside with Mountain View. Breakfast was good.

Staff was unfriendly. Reality didn’t match pictures on the website. The swimming pool with great views on mountain was open for adults only, you had to make a reservation in advance and was not included. Aqua park was also not included, which was not clear when we made the booking. And our son had to pay 5 euros to get a new room card when he left it inside the room. Attitude of the staff was very disappointing.

Breakfast was very good - great variety.

We loved our stay! The food was brilliant - we went with three teenagers, one vegetarian and one very fussy eater and there was something for everyone. The family suite room was enormous with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies - amazing. We really enjoyed the aquapark, going up the Vogel chairlift and the gorgeous nearby lakes. Bowling was a bonus on the last night.

The carpet was a little stained and needs replacing and the rooms felt more "functional 3 star" rather than "luxury 4 star" but there was a fridge and we requested a kettle so the odd stain didn't affect a really fantastic holiday.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was very close to the car train and walking distance to a good restaurant. The spa area was very nice.

The beds were not comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was low.

When we got off the bus my immediate thought was that we were a bit isolated from the Lake, in a not too inspiring town. But actually, you are in easy reach of a lovely riverside location, by the campsite, and much more so, a quiet back road that passes through stunning scenery, through little villages, on the way to Lake Bohinj, about 6km away. So a bit of a long walk - or cycle- but well worth it, at a nice leisurely pace. I didn't use the Aqua Park so can't comment- seemed ok but not exceptional- it's pretty small scale - "Aquapark" is somewhat overstating it. Breakfast was extensive and varied.

Shame that bike hire was not included in the not-cheap room price (as it had been in our Ljubljana hotel) - and actually pretty expensive for day hire - though well worth it. Town is ok, good enough restaurants for a 3-night stay.

The bowling alley, the pool with the slides, the lobby. The staff in the dining room were very nice.

The staff at reception desk were extremely unfriendly, they made me feel bad everytime I needed to ask something. The pillows were terrible quality, and we only got one each. Towels were scarce and I was made to feel.bad about everything I requested. The air-conditioning didn't work in the rooms. The food was mediocre. Definitely not value for money. The service from the reception desk was the worst part. No one should be made to feel bad as a guest. They were even reluctant to help us make a restaurant reservation as if this was a ridiculous request, we just stopped trying. It's too bad, the hotel has the potential to be excellent, these are all things that can be changed.
