Room 125: no glass partion on the bathtub for comfortable shower. Public areas: shared pool with camping, no equipped beach (beach is public with a shuttle bus, no sunbeds). Reception: staff is not informing about the resort facilities and experiences. Things are written down on the website and on the board but not actively promoted which are missed opportunities

Location: great, with amazing views and free parking for the guests. Room: spacious bedroom, balcony view, pillow menu & bed, quality of cleaning. Public areas: fantastic views from the restaurant terrace, good dinner menu and quality, dinner restaurant staff was friendly (breakfast staff - less with a trolley between tables to clear). External: we rented a boat, which was promoted on the board at the reception, from SunWave Izola with a friendly captain Toma. The experience was superb! Great drink menu on board (also with personalised choices upon request in advance), great company, great music and the sunset! Lifetime memory

The hotel is situated on a hill. There is a beautiful view to the peninsula of Isola. Parking is available. The Restaurant Kamin is very good. We'll come back.

I found myself returning to this hotel for the third time, and this visit proved to be the epitome of tranquility for both myself and my partner. We luxuriated in the opulent Suite for a blissful two days, reveling in the impeccable cleanliness, the grandeur of the colossal bath, and the breathtaking vistas from the terrace. The attention to cleanliness was truly commendable. I highly recommend indulging in the pool and spa facilities, which are offered free of charge to all guests of the Cliff Hotel and boast an expansive and inviting ambiance. - nothing bad with regards to the property, just make sure you bring water shoes before entering sea. We’ve seen several tourist being injured as the stones can be both sharp as slippery

- clean and high quality rooms, beautiful views - shuttle to beach, when it’s full they will come back for you! - hotel guests have menu a la carte in restaurant, everything fresh, delicious and fast service. Also option to get food from buffet - staff very helpful, e.g. when I had flat tire by calling several service

Unclear rules on dining room. Some guests could order additional meals, others coudn’t. After the first we found ants in our room, they were cleaned but be carefull with leaving food on the desk.

Massages hard to book and then they booked us the wrong time which was inconvenient as we scheduled our day around it. very busy entering the hotel as there’s lots of campers and self catering apartments too! there was also a school trip which was pretty noisy and a different vibe
