The accommodation was excellent; the rooms were clean and serviced daily by a friendly cleaning lady. All staff members were consistently professional, approachable, and willing to assist with a smile. Breakfast is served buffet-style and offers a wide variety, including fresh fruit, smoothies, bread, hams, cheeses, olives, yogurts, desserts, as well as various types of coffee and tea. (Well, there really is a lot to choose from!) There is also a hotel parking lot, which made transportation very convenient. I highly recommend this establishment.

The location is really great, right in front of the sea, with simple and good restaurants nearby, near Piran (15 min walk- for those wondering if it is possible go there with a stroller YES! Indeed it is :) They left a welcome bottle of prosecco in our room, wich was a cool touch. The staff is friendly and rhe breakfast is good. We stayed in the premium room and it was confirtable with a good size.

The cleaning was the worst, the room had fresh dead mosquitos marks on the wall (and stayed there for days). In the first day I cutted my foot and some drops of blood dropped on the floor, guess who had to clean it? Me! Because after the room ‘cleaning’ all the blood was there yet! The bathroom door didn’t close.

The hotel overall is very nice, the breakfast selection was great and the rooms were clean.

We arrived before midnight and couldn't find parking, so the receptionist told us to leave our keys and said he or someone else would park the car and bring it back in the morning once we check out. However, the next morning our car was still at the same spot and a different receptionist claimed that we parked in the middle of the road and got a parking fine from the government. This was frustrating because we had trusted the hotel with our keys. Instead of helping, we were scolded and told we should have parked 200 meters away in a dark gravel lot.

Location was fantastic. Easy 15min walk into Piran along the coast path. Hotel is right on the seafront so you are just feet from the sea. Staff all very friendly. Room cleaned every day. Maintenance was also good. The shower head fell off our shower which we reported at breakfast and by the time we got back to the room after breakfast it waa already fixed. Free beach towel service every day. Left luggage storage which is always good.

Not much choice at breakfast plus because it rained and the outside seating was unavailable this made the inside breakfast area was very busy and some people had to wait for a seat. Because the hotel is on a north facing beach the rooms get little sun for most of the day. The beach huts I noticed got no sun till late afternoon. Rooms a bit outdated with limited storage space. We ended up having to leave most of our stuff in the suitcases because we had nowhere to unpack it. Walls are also thin so you can hear next door talking so you are afraid to put the tv on too loud at night Hotel was nice but feel it was overpriced for what you got for your money.

The staff was very helpful. We liked the location by the sea, easy access to the water, wonderful for swimming.

    The balcony was very small.

We booked a cheaper room, which we were absolutely fine with — however, I find it unacceptable that upon our arrival, the bathroom smelled like urine, and the toilet and seat were visibly soiled with feces. I immediately informed the reception, but was told (around 4:30 PM) that there was no housekeeping staff available anymore. About 10 minutes later, the receptionist herself came up and cleaned the bathroom — which was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. They couldn’t offer us a different room due to full occupancy. While they did apologize, the only gesture we received afterwards was that we were charged for only 2 out of the 4 days of paid parking — although I believe this was due more to the receptionist’s personal goodwill than any formal policy from the hotel. Additionally, the carpet in the room was extremely old and therefore appeared dirty, but more importantly, it had a strong unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was very loud, though at least it worked and kept the room cool — that’s something we appreciated. Throughout our stay, the guest in the neighboring room smoked marijuana constantly, day and night. The smell spread throughout the building, which was very unpleasant. All in all, we managed to enjoy our time — but that was despite the hotel, not because of it.

Beach location was excellent Staff very attentive and friendly.

There seemed to be people on the rocks within the confines of the hotel beach area who were not hotel guests and had just come to take advantage of the sun beds. There should be some areas for non smoking

Good location. It’s only 20 min walk to Piran by the marvellous path along the sea. Friendly staff who is really trying to resolve many of your problems in hotel. We liked the beach. There weren’t so many people so we could simply rent ease a sun bad with umbrella(7+7 euros per day) or a cabana (30 euros per day). Even if you don’t rent anything they give you a towel for free and you can just stay on the beach. Parking: there aren’t many places and they don’t reserve it. We were lucky to stay on the parking near the hotel (21 euros per day)otherwise they propose parking anywhere on a distance. Breakfast: every day the same, but it was always tasty and from fresh and selected products.

The rooms and the hotel need to be renovated! The bathroom was in bed condition. Plumbing was very poor!
