How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Unfortunately it wasn’t that sound proof. Could hear people walk, talk and even plates being cleaned or something.
Beautiful interior in the room. Spacious and well equipped. Got complementary Potica which was really nice.

Beds are two twins pushed together vs a double. The rooms need more plug sockets

Cons: None, to be honest. It was a perfect.
Pros: Very modern room and very clean. I can only say it was perfect from any point of view including the breakfast as well which was very good. The city center is also very close. I will definitely choose to stay again next time.

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious, modern and classy, perfect for 3 if traveling with a kid. Walking distance from the center. Parking available (with fees) which is convinient as it seems difficult to park in the center. The kind attention at our check out was a nice surprise...

There isn't a lift. Many rooms are at the groundfloor, but if you stay at the First floor, there isn't a lift.
It Is very clean. And the international breakfast Is beach and complete. It Is close to the center and It Is silent. At the end of the stay we have received a Little present.

It can be paid only in cash, which is unusual for the hotel stay.
Nice hosts at the reception and breakfast, comfortable, new, modern and clean rooms, central location walkable to city center. Goodbye gift was provided at the end of stay.

Upon arrival, I couldn’t figure out where the reception was , since it’s not in the front area of the hotel. But it’s just a minor thing
Our room was spotless clean . The staff were very heartwarming . Breakfast was generous . Coffee machine in breakfast area , is on all the time

There is nothing I didn’t like. I just thought it would be a little closer (walking distance) to the main areas.
The staff was super friendly, bed was confortable and breakfast was delicious. The cake we got when we did the check in was delicious!! Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go to the place to get more.

Breakfast was average, the breakfast room is small and the constant TV was irritating. Bad language US rap at 8am is not something I enjoy

No proper luggage room. As we reached an hour earlier there was no luggage room available. They asked us to keep the luggage near the reception desk. There was a missing TV remote, when we asked in the reception they told us they will give the remote to the room but we did not receive any remote. No lift to the first floor, if you have heavy luggage you need to carry yourself.
Room is clean and Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good having variety for both Veg and Non-Veg options. Location is near to Central area so all the attractions are walk able.

Nothing much, but one thing is perhaps for the breakfast staff to be a bit more considerate in the mornings. We wanted to sleep in, but were woken up before 7 by a jingling of dishes and loud voices in the corridors. It wasn't a big problem, though, and it is understandable that the staff needs to prepare breakfast.
Good location, close to the center, very comfortable and spacious room. We happened to be there at my husband's birthday and the staff prepared a nice surprise for us in the room - very kind and thoughtful! We enjoyed staying here and at the end staff gave us a goodbye gift. Highly recommended.

It was a perfect stay. Me and my family enjoyed all facilities. The room wss very clean and there were everything what a person can need. It was so comfortable to stay in this hotel. The breakfast was delicious. They propose everything for the breakfast. The staff was very ftiendly and was always ready to help any minute. They even gave us water when we arrived and left, and a present. We definitely recommed this hotel. I can give them 6 stars.

Our bedroom was on the first floor facing the street and close to the reception, which can be loud. Also, payment in cash only.
Close enough to the old town with parking option, very nice staff, hotel is very modern and automated, clean and comfortable. They gave us a gift bag at the end, very nice!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodation was superb, but what truly made our experience exceptional were the phenomenal reception staff. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend!
