We enjoyed our 3 night stay as it felt like a personal, homely hotel. The staff were lovely, and the bed comfortable. Our room was exceptionally clean. It was great having a courtyard area to sit in outside where we could enjoy a wine or beer. Omlettes at breakfast were tasty, and the coffee was very good. It was about a 15 minute walk to the centre of town, which was no problem. It was perfect for our stay.

The water temperature in the shower was quite cool at times but as it was very hot weather it didn't matter.

Location within walking distance of city centre. Clean and tidy. Lovely outdoor eating space that was available for breakfast. Breakfast good value. Staff were friendly.

Decor a bit pink and fairy-themed for my taste - but otherwise lovely! Slightly expensive.

Breakfast was brilliant, theme and look of the hotel lovely. Very handy for the train station, and for sight seeing. Helpful staff. Good air conditioning. Very large room.

Noise from ambulances due to the hotel's proximity to a hospital. The area around the hotel is quite noisy. The hotel itself is old-fashioned, with vintage-style beds and limited comfort. The bathroom was also outdated, and the shower tap was leaking onto the floor.

Travelling by train, this hotel is in a,convenient location, close to the station & bus terminal & easy walk to town. Staff was really helpful, printing bus timetables & tickets, suggesting activities, great breakfast, plenty of info in the room Lots of inspirational quotes and fun touches

It looks cute, the location is good as it is not far from the city center. Free breakfast was pretty good too.

Tiny and not very functional, lots of staircases all over the hotel and even the room (2-3 steps each). Barely had enough room to open my luggage in the room. Our room was in the basement with a small window looking directly on the street, looking at ppl’s feet above us was kinda strange.

The receptionist was amazing, friendly, gave us tips of where to go, sorted a takeaway breakfast including cappuccino as we had an early train

Room was a bit dated but was comfortable. Other staff member was quite rude when we ordered some lunch from the menus outside, sons pancakes came with nuts when wasn’t meant to

The hotel room was small but very clean. The lady at reception was really friendly and helpful. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was adequate.

Hotel well located about 15 minutes to dragon's bridge and old town by walk. Rooms are clean and they have a wonderfull terrace and breakfast is really good too The girls of Staff are really kind and they answered our questions We recommand this hôtel

Jus't don't go to eat at the small restaurant close but independant called "das ist Walter" we found it not good and expansive

Room was spacious and showers were hot. Buffet breakfast was good and suitable for a couple of nights stay. Open garden eating area was particularly nice. handy for the bus station too if you have an onwards transit.

Its a little walk from the city centre, but we were fine with it as we enjoy walking. Other than that nothing else.

The hotel was convenient with only a 5-10 min flat walk from the train station. It was a 20-25 min walk to old town. Staff were friendly and helpful and we could store our luggage before check in. Good variety for breakfast.

The room was small and a bit noisy as it was right by the front door and near reception.

15mins walk to the centre, parking next to the hotel, but you have to pay it. Staff is very friendly and the vibe of the hotel is super! Nice terrace to have a drink.

Beds are too soft and make noice every time you move. There is an urgency in the same street, so a lot of ambulances with sirens. Breakfast is served at the table, I prefer a buffet. Very tiny shower.

Rooms were very convenient, beautiful and cozy! I loved that whole property was clean, well maintained. And the stuff… They were amazing - reception lady was very kind, helpful, gave an amazing tips for visiting city, also lady working during breakfast was very kind and nice. Thank you, you made our stay very pleasant, we felt welcomed and almost like at home. If we would visit Ljubljana again, I would book this place again without any doubt! 🌞

A lovely hotel! Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - we particularly appreciated the restaurant and boat ride recommendations from the lady who welcomed us when we arrived. We arrived before our check in time, but it was no problem to leave our luggage while we wandered off to explore and get some lunch. The hotel is very well located, not right in the centre of Ljubljana but less than 10 minutes walk from all the central attractions or the train station. Breakfast in the hotel was good, and included in the price of our stay. Overall the hotel was excellent value for money, and provided an ideal base from which to explore Ljubljana for a few days. We would certainly return here if we were to visit again, and would recommend it to anyone else visiting.

Staff were very accommodating.

Room was just too small, water pressure low, no fridge in the room yet they found room for 2 stools but really nowhere to put them to sit on. Not ideal accommodation for international travellers.
