Beautiful hotel with helpful & friendly staff, decent breakfast and in a fabulous central location. Nice rooftop and great restaurants affiliated/adjacent too. Air con and windows that kept the noise of the close by restaurants and bars to a minimum when in the room. Great in room facilities, comfortable bed, clean and nice design throughout the hotel. It felt luxurious. The rooftop was also a nice touch. Nice late checkout too.

One night stay. A very nice hotel with a central location that allows you to walk to all the sights of the city. Clean and modern rooms. The reception staff were more than wonderful. One of the employees came out to look for us in his small electric car on the main street when we arrived because you can't reach the hotel with a regular car and he was very friendly. They have 3 great restaurants.

Really comfortable room, and the magic glass in the bathroom is cool but could have been worth pointing out when we checked in. The rooftop terrace is amazing and the food delicious. The two gentlemen on staff in the morning (Matteo & Jura ??) were especially lovely and helpful.

Every detail in this Boutique Hotel is at the highest level. The Wooden Boiserie from the Reception area to the Rooms is outstanding. Floors in high quality wood essence stand out of the average parquet you can find in many other 4 stars hotels. Bathrooms were really well made from the finest tiling floors to the high tech taps and fittings. The multiple layers glasses (and gas among them) of the window fixtures to isolate the rooms from the external noise of the City. The Castle View we could admire from every room (we changed three rooms during our 6 nights staying by this hotel). The amazing Junior Suite. The easy and convenient Parking at 3 minutes from the hotel for our Harley Davidson. I NEVER give 10 to a hotel (for business reasons i stay in hotels around the world every single week) because there will always be a better one but here i made an exception for one specific reason: the professionalism and kindness of the Staff at the reception.

Room and staff were great. One issue however is that I booked a twin room with balcony/ i couldnt exactly call the space outside the glass door a balcony bexause it was it about one foot wide and you couldnt step onto it or place a chair. When asked the concierge he said it was a “French balcony” and that the full balcony was at a different room rate (not mentioned on booking.com options). It was the only twin room on the site on the site. The other issue was that the bed side table swung wide open and would reopen instantly upon each closure. I had wanted it changed as it was dangerously to be open when getting out of bed yet I needed a side table. The solution was that it was duct taped closed. A very elegant room with duck tape prominent. I was told that the side tables could not be replaced as they had no spares. We were on the main level and when curtain were drawn and glass doors exposed most people passing by would stare up into our room. So I recommend not getting the first floor (which is level 0 in Slovenia). Having said all of that it was a lovely stay And I do highly recommend it with this awareness.

This hotel is really stylish with funky hotel rooms. Great location in walking distance to everything in the City. Good choice on restaurants on site . Nice to have free water and drinks in the mini bar and staff were really helpful on check in .

There is some building work being done to an adjacent property. There was no building work done whilst we were staying but the aesthetics will be better when that is finished.

Fabulous location. Beautifully designed rooms and decor. The staff were amazing. Nothing too much trouble. They organised bus and festival tickets; Organised a taxi for us, booked dinner for us, helped organise an umbrella for our terrace, researched invents for us, provided a lovely glass of fizz on arrival. They could not have been more helpful. The hotel is very close to the centre and has a super restaurant linked to the hotel.

It was very central (but not noisy). The hotel room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were amazing - best hotel customer service I have experienced. They made our stay even more enjoyable. There are also amazing restaurants in the hotel with delicious good.
