The room was outdated and poorly maintained. Only one of three lamps worked; one outlet was broken and another lamp had a damaged plug with exposed wiring. Shutters could not be closed, and balcony doors could not be tilted for ventilation, which felt unsafe on the first floor. The room was above the pools, so noise from water filtration was constant. A flashing smoke detector above the bed made sleeping difficult. It’s a pity, because the location is excellent — with basic maintenance, guests could feel much safer and more comfortable.

The pool complex was super. I really liked it. The area was clean and not crowded. Since there were no meals included due to construction work in the restaurant area, it was possible to buy some snacks there and order a coffee. I also liked the free parking.

The terrace is directly close to the swimming pool. I couldn't sit there as I was afraid people there would feel uncomfortable. Also, I believe that some redesigning will make this place more cosy.

The location is amazing, it's near the beach. Also there are a couple of nice restaurants nearby. The hotel staff is really professional and very helpful. Overall, the apartment was clean. There was good air-conditioning in the apartment.

Real retro feeling. I don't recommend this hotel to people coming from West Europe. Lack of breakfast. Managers of the hotel should spend one night ín the rooms ín order to improve the services.

The restaurant is under renovation but this was not mentioned when booking- there were so many reviews about the great breakfast so was dissapointed to find out that there was none at all. The shower head attachment had been fitted wrong so you couldn’t shower properly and the shower head actually fell off and hit us when we were in the shower. A safe in the room would have been helpful. No kettle in the room.

Location was amazing. Although dated and rundown our daughter loved the water park. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is listed as having a gym. The gym is closed and we were not notified prior to our stay. The double room is very cosy for two adults and a child, we didn't realise that we wouldn't have a balcony.

It isn’t very walkable for someone that doesn’t have a car. I should have looked into that before booking, of course. Also, with the restaurant being closed there wasn’t somewhere on property to grab coffee or water bottles without going into the pool.

The outdoor pool was large and not crowded. The staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable.

It is an old hotel that is trying to survive. The smell of chlorine from the pool is very strong, high humidity. The room had windows facing a pool garden and I had to keep the shutters closed so that I couldn't see inside.

The big advantage is the free parking. The restaurant and the massage area are no longer functional, and the sauna is paid separately for 15 euros per day. The pool is super ok. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works very well. The location is opposite the beach.

A few minor maintenance issues in the room. The lighting in the hallways and reception areas were very dim. It is a strange layout and a bit of a maze!

Large room at one end of the hotel, which was quiet and with a small terrace. It was a peaceful location with a beach in front and you can walk along the road north from the hotel for a nice coastal walk. I was happy with the food on offer especially for the price paid and there was always plenty of room in the restaurant although the window tables were always "reserved" but I never saw anyone using them. Whilst it's not bang up to date I didn't find it unreasonably dated either. The shower pressure was very good.
