Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe accommodation is in a beautiful, quiet, panoramic location. The apartment is spacious, with a terrace, clean, equipped with everything. There is a separate 3-storey adventure house. Everything is made of wood, even the ping pong table. There are 2 separate barbecues, one outdoors and one indoors. Huge garden, lounge chairs. A complete sense of relaxation in every part. This is a large, well-thought-out, practical, wonderfully located complex. For up to 4-5, but possibly more families.

SerbiaI cannot praise the accommodation enough. The room is old but very well maintained. Very roomy, accommodating, there's everything one needs for a vacation. The premises and grounds are fantastic. There's a huge garden, a barbecue area, a separate cottage only for hanging out (very good in winter time) with fussball, table tennis, darts, human size chess, billiards, gym...it was unimaginable.

PolandWe got apartment in the basement. It was not stated in the offer and confirming mail. It was dark and moist with loads of ants in the kitchen. Kids room had no window!!! The owner said he was sorry and gave 2 ice discount (I think it should have been at least 30 pct). Luckily the wheather was good but I think this was unfair.
Good location, there are good apartments (our friends did get one of them). Nice garden.
