Pool area was often very busy and only allowed to access twice a day (or once for 3 hours for the indoor pool, but can't use the indoor and outdoor pool both in the same day). This was a shame as most of the onsite restaurants and bars our outside of the pool complex, so need to leave to use them. Check in and out took about 30-45 minutes.

Great value apartment, very clean, well equipped and plenty of storage. Plenty of pool options that children loved, water is really warm and pool area clean. Great changing facilities.

1st appearance of the apartment back garden was disappointing as the grass was extremely long (can’t have been cut for 2 months). We reported to reception and they did cut it after a couple of days. Room could have been a bit cleaner - dusty socks from walking around and squashed moths on walls! Basic supplies like oven gloves and a tea towel would have helped!

It’s a huge site but it was very relaxed and the water park was great fun for all of us (2 adults and 8+10 years olds). The inside pools were also great fun. We were at the furthest point the walk was only 10 min to the pools and shops etc so it was perfectly quiet. Take a blanket to pitch up in the outdoor water pool (sunbeds and parasols are extra cost outside - free around the indoor pool though)

Spotless clean, safe, fun for the family. The camp and indeed Slovenia as a whole a whole made for a wonderful family holiday, one which I would not hesitate in recommending.

Yust reception was little slow, and would be great if you can leave property till 11. Not tilll 10.

Everything was as supposed to be. We came to the property, just reception was little slow, and they dont mentioned they need 100€ deposit in cash. All other wasjust perfect... Good intertainment for kids.

The apartment was on the far side in the apartment village so we had to walk about 15-20 min or use ca.

Although we truly enjoyed the Winter Thermal Riviera, during our stay it was extremely crowded, which slightly affected the overall experience. Nevertheless, the apartment itself was great.

The apartment was located in a quiet and peaceful part of the Terme Čatež village, providing a relaxing atmosphere. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the convenient parking and the proximity to the spa facilities. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Regarding the bath I thought that the water would be hotter! Sometimes I was a little bit cold

The little house is very nice! I found it clean, with enough space for 4 people and it had everything that we needed for the kitchen! It’s good that we were 10 minutes on foot from the bath

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

It wasn't very clean and the hole hause was full with insects( brown marmorated stink bug ) . Everything was infested with them, underneath the furniture, under the windows.... To many people, 4 the pool capacity and surely not enough chairs. It was nice, but so crowded that you couldn't do anything. We were just sitting like sardines.

Nice small cottages with everything that comes with. Swimming pool with a lot of games and entertainment. Dinner and breakfast are absolutely wonderful .

Absolutely nothing included, no tea towels, no salt and pepper or washing up liquid, cleaning products, bin liners. Had to buy everything which would be fine but when only staying a few days it’s would be helpful to have a few basics. Complex far too busy at weekend. Went to try to play tennis - no bats, basketball - no ball. Bike rental - no one there to help.

Comfy beds, nice size, good kitchen Lots to do on complex for kids - mine loved the slides and pools. Lovely mid week when less people.

A black curtain is missing in the parent bedroom to block light on the morning. It would be also good to have a small Kitchen kit with soap, towel or kitchen paper roll.

Residence in a very quite area of the camp. Easy to walk to the aquapark and apartment well equipped. Recycling bins are well accessible.

- it took more than one hour to check in - Not possible to switch off the floor heating system, when we entered , had a temperature of approximately 40-45 degrees. - No one at reception when we were in need - we had to sleep with open windows, and mosquitos and wasps came into our rooms. Or with air conditioning on all night, in April - on main bedrooms there are velux windows with a thin curtain that let pass all the light. That means it is impossible to sleep after 6am - kitchen full of ants - hot water tanks very small so after 5 minutes you have a nice cold shower
