Precise instructions from the host

Overwhelming smell of cigarettes, which caused nausea. Ventilation and climatization did not help. The “No Smoking” sign felt like a mockery, as many previous reviews also mentioned this issue. The host placed our family, including a small child, in an unbreathable room. We had to leave after just three hours. The toilet door was broken, would not stay closed, and opened by itself. There were bread crumbs in the basket on the kitchen table and traces of oil on some cutlery. Several kitchen chairs were broken and unstable. We cannot recommend this place.

The accommodation was very comfortable,the bathroom was great ,very clean and the kitchen was really well organised if u need to prepare breakfast. The check in was very convenient because we arrived very late so we could just find the key and check in. The parking is large and had enough space.

Would have been great if the fridge had freezer but I managed just fine 😊

the apartment itself did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. There was a persistent musty smell in the staircase, and unfortunately, the apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. It also had a strong odor, suggesting that guests had smoked inside previously. The double bed’s headboard was broken, and the bedsheet in the second room had visible stains. The pillows and mattresses were noticeably old and not very comfortable. We also noticed mold in the corner of the shower, which was concerning from a hygiene perspective.

Self check-in /check-out, free parking. Possibility to stay with a dog, which we appreciated. Although smoking is prohibited, unfortunately our apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. The cleaning of the apartment could be more thorough.

Clean, very comfortable bed, easy to enter. It was really ok.

Great for a pit-stop for a night or two, everything we needed to make a short break in our way for vacation was there.

The host was very informative and gave us all needed instructions on how to visit Maribor, but also the information about the groceries stores and malls, parking, etc. The host even started with a funny joke.

Quiet area, private parking, warm water, clean bedding and compact kitchenette make the place ideal break point during the long journey. The city center is in 10..15 mins walking.

The interior has seen better days, and now is a bit shabby but functional.

it’s not possible to open windows in one bedroom at all. in the second bedroom there was a very small window, but blocked with the door.
