Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThere wasn't anything to not like. Maybe wifi could be stronger as when two people are using video calling at the same time it dropped out but it was not an issue.
Our Host Katja waited for us as our flight had been delayed so quite late. Katja has been really helpful with any questions we have had and responded right away. She also supplied some basics as the shops were closed on the Sunday which we were very grateful for.

HungaryOur main problem was the lack of snow, which has nothing to do with the apartment of course :) everything else was fine, although the bathroom was a little cold sometimes, floor heating could have been a great extra.
The apartment is nicely furbished and cozy, had everything we needed. It's in a nice modern apartment building, with views to the valleys, quiet but still near the slopes, you can easily ski or walk home from the cable car / bus stops. There's also a reserved parking slot in the garage, plus storage space for ski boots. The host (Katja) is very friendly, helpful and speaks good English.

CroatiaApartman je bio iznad svih očekivanja! Iznimno čist, ugodan, kompletno novoopremljen. Dočekala nas je Katja te nam sve objasnila u vezi zgrade, garaže, ključeva i ostalog, koja je također bila na raspolaganju cijelo vrijeme za bilo kakva pitanja. Apartman je divan, prekrasna kupaona s proizvodima za korištenje, veliki balkon s pogledom na stazu, iznimno udobni kreveti i odlično grijanje pa je u stanu bilo jako toplo. Lokacija je također fenomenalna, na samoj stazi. U potpunosti smo bili oduševljeni i definitivno ćemo se vratiti. Još jednom, puno hvala na sevmu!

HungaryCosy apartments in a very beautifull place where you can feel yourself at home. Very quet place next to the top cable car station. Very fresh furnuture, comfortable big bed (actually there are two big beads to accomondate 4 people), fully equipped kitchen and big fridge. Very big private terrace with nice view. Two huge big flat TVs on both floors. Private closed parking and private storage area for bikes and ski. Exceptional hospitality from the Owner is deserved a big gratitude from our side! Katja is incredibly kind and always ready to find a way to fulfill wishes of guest to ensure best experience from stay. We arrived a bit late and Katja found a possibility to greet us so late, and showed us apartment. We also had some problem with booking system as booked incorrect number of guests, and again Katja found a good approach towards our situation. And final, we arrived late and all shops were closed, road trip was tiring, and Katja provided us with free refreshing bewerages and sweets which actually never happened to us before and it really made our evening more relaxed and enjoyable that day. We are very charmed with such hospitality! If I could I would give 11 out of 10:) Next time in Maribor we will try to stay here again.
