We stayed in one of the apartments for three nights and had a wonderful time here. The owner was very kind and the accommodation itself rustic, roomy and had everything we needed. Especially the little terrace at the river side was a nice gimmick. Just great!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. Our kids really enjoyed themselves. They also loved visiting the small farm next to the apartment, which was a great bonus! The location is convenient, close to Ljubljana Airport. Barbara and her family were very welcoming and always available to help. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and friendly stay. Thanks again to Barbara and her family!

The flat was clean correctly, but not perfectly (fingers traces on walls and light switch, microwave sticky). All the essentials (linens, towels, bathroom, floor) were clean though so it didn't really bother us much.

Very spacious apartment and equipped with everything we need. Peaceful surroundings with plenty of space to play outside and the family horses around, yet close to the cities (Kamnik, Kranj and Ljubljana are all within 30 minutes drive). Barbara is so welcoming and responsive, give local recommendations... she and her kids were the stars of our stay :)

Great stop for a night. Easy parking. Barbara suggested visiting Velika Planina and it turned into a very nice hike.

Small waterfall is close to the apartment. For some it can be difficult to sleep because of the noise from the water.

Nothing negative worth mentioning, what you see is what you get, no surprises. If you are looking for a modern hotel like experience in an urban setting, this might not be your thing, but if you are after getting to know Slovenian countryside with actual horses on the premise you can pet -then you are good to go :)

Great family run venue, friendly hosts! Great location for touring around Slovenia's top nature sites. The scenery is relaxing and pleasant and not crowded, perfect for a vacation if you are with a car.

The aparment was very comfortable for two people, but if there were five of us, it would be tiny. .

The host was very nice, we ordered a room and she gave us an apartament. The locality is perfect for skiing.

Barbara is very symphatetic🙂. Accomodation is absulutely good. The only thing which we don't like is the bathroom without window. However the ventillatiin worked well. I recommend this place for anybody.

The room was at the second floor and barely had enough space for the double bed sitting under the inclined roof where we were lucky enough to avoid hitting our heads most of the time. The very old fridge was malfunctioning with water dripping on anything we had put in and also very noisy so it had to be unplugged during the night to let us get some sleep. River view was actually stream view from a tiny window with mosquito mesh. Payments are being managed by the owner and can be done only in cash, something we should have known before as we had to give most of our pocket money.

Very beautiful countryside, the premises were well maintained and clean and the owner was very friendly and seemed to be really helpful. The room was always kept warm and there was hot water for showers which was very welcoming.

First apartment to Krvavec base gondola lift. Very good location for those who want to go to skiing

Nothing to dislike. Just a suggestion that if you can keep a good quality bath towels in wash rooms as the provided ones seems to be over used. Its just a room for improvement.

No words to describe this property. A neat and clean villa situated on foot of a hill with a great view of nearby mountains. There is a stream and the sound of water flowing can be heard inside your room. The owner, Ms. Barbara, make sure that all your requirements are fulfilled. Stayed here with my family of 2 kids & 1 infant. Its 6 min driving distance from airport with enough parking space. There are couple of good restaurants too within 500 meters of the property. Ljubljana city is almost 25 km away from the property. Highly recommended.

The sleep quality was unfortunately poor, the mattress and pillows needs to be replaced, it significantly impacts overall impression of the property. Other then that it is decent place and I would recommend staying there.

Friendly staff. Beautiful location with very relaxing atmosphere. Horses outside the property is a missive bonus the host allowed to pet them. The bbq and seating area next to the stream is a great addition to the property.
