We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We understand that the smaller apartment on the ground floor may not have met your expectations for a family of four. Unfortunately, our larger apartment was already booked, and we regret that we could not accommodate your request for an upgrade. Regarding the storage space, we acknowledge that having more space for personal belongings is important, and we will work on ensuring that there is adequate room for guests' clothes and luggage in the future. We also apologize for any noise disturbance from the apartment above and will look into ways to improve sound insulation. We understand your concerns about privacy and the presence of the owner in the garden. As our property is located in a rural area with a vineyard, regular maintenance is necessary to keep it beautiful and well-kept. We strive to balance this with our guests' need for privacy. We regret that we were unable to meet in person to discuss your concerns and resolve them promptly. We value open communication and always aim to address any issues that arise during our guests' stay. Thank you once again for your feedback.
