Beautiful room, very clean and cosy :)

Tea and Boris were so sweet! They made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very safe and at home in Ljubljana. The room was decorated beautifully and had a private outdoor area. There was a bus stop close by to get into Ljubljana easily and also a Mercator shop for any groceries we needed.

We got a few bug bites during the night, but nothing too serious :)

Our stay was great. Theo is a wonderful and attentive person. The room is comfortable, spacious and beautiful. We loved it.

Very nice landlord, thought we arrived too late they managed all. Extra parking fee was charged for car.

The process of checking-in was very quick - you let the host know the time of your arrival and at the agreed time you just walk through the open gate to the garden. The room was very spacious and interestingly decorated (hundreds of books, a piano..) it also has a nice terrace with seating. The hosts - Tea and Boris- are extremely kind, hospitable, talkative and you will be able to communicate in multiple languages. Our stay was absolutely amazing and we couldn't be more satisfied!

None all was GRIEF!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ACCOMMODATION. READ ALL REVIEWS!!! DONT BE DECEIVED!!!! HOST IS A PROFFESOR WITHOUT PROFESSIONALISM. SHE EVEN EXPECTED THIS REVIEW. SHE'S NOT DAFT!

First of all. We've been welcomed with a problem and a constant apology of "I'm sorry" blaming booking.com, that our reservation for the following night is not available. She tried contacted booking.com in netherland to no avail apparently (This has been arranged between the host as booking dot com got an issue with children) anyway it wouldn't have been a problem if she let us know prior but she's too petrified to be more professional! Having more or less 24 hrs to find another accommodation, we carried on stayed in our room that smells like a dead rat or something. We had to fully cover ourselves to avoid breathing the foul air! The next morning, she woke us up with her moaning and complained that somebody in the house broke the toilet 🚻 (it's already broken/dysfunctional system but we fixed). Suddenly, she said someone was happy to give up their room for us and would use a tent outside. We've been so grateful, but we WISH it didn't HAPPEN. She charged us more for that room without aircon as apparently it's got a big garden (with millions of insects and mosquitos that will devour you). It has a shared bathroom and kitchen (which she's forgot to say you only have a minimum of 10 mins cooking only allowed, same as the bathroom) absolutely RIDICULOUS and MAD! Tea was over the moon that she thought she sorted the problem shes caused us. Telling us you can shower have barbecue etc. Since the room was sorted, we went to the old town and saw Ljubljana's tourist spot and got back to our room at 7:45 pm and cooked our tea. There are 4 adults and a toddler. From cooking to washing dishes and cleaning kitchen area we were there for an hour and a half. (Tea on her head thinks we hang out in there for 4 hours!). By nearly 10 pm, we are watching Netflix movie, and in 10 minutes of it being on at volume 12, we heard a knock asking us to turn it down as it's late.

The room has interesting furnishings and is nice to look at.

The host was in a foul mood and made us feel very unwelcome. We were chastised for using a knife and a plate to make a simple sandwich, even though the accommodation is supposed to include the use of kitchen. Perhaps the host meant that the guests are ONLY allowed to use the water boiler and the toaster? But not a knife to spread butter on the bread or a plate to eat out of? Luckily we were only staying for one night as we could not wait to leave.

Tea and Boris were such a big and lovely surprise for us. They were so kind that we felt in home. I really want to come back to enjoy more. I really recomend the Rose Room.

A very spacious, artistic and in a good way eccentric :-) room with a lovely porch and garden to use . Although the shared space there is a lot of privacy. A big advantage are the nice and welcoming hosts.

The room was spacious and had a lot of character with a beautiful outdoor area! The bed was SO comfortable too, and the hosts, Boris and Tea, were such kind, considerate and lovely people who made us feel welcome in their home.

Great hosts. It was like we visited our family. Open and friendly Tea and Boris welcomed us every day with a smile. The place is decorated with a unique style that gives it warmth and a cosy atmosphere. The gentlemen of the house made us domestic coffee every morning—what a treat! On my wife's birthday, they brought her flowers and chocolate ❤. Nice people. They made our stay in Slovenia unforgettable.

Tea and Boris make your stay wonderful! I get nervous renting a room in someone’s home but they were the highlight of the trip.

The room was lovely and the host was great, we felt we were a part of family. We were able to make a barbecue in the garden. Definetely would reccomend and I hope we'll be back soon

I was not expecting to stay at the same roof with the housekeepers and use the same bathroom with them. There We were allowed to use any kitchen supplies including a plate and a fork...

The room was nice and clean, equipped with new furniture, AC, TV and high speed internet. Large enjoyable private terrace, where you may have coffee, lunch or just relax. The location is near a park, having some small shops and bars in vicinity. You may walk around, there are safe quiet streets with nice houses, gardens with flowers and trees. The bus station is not far, with good connections to the city center and to BTC - the biggest mall in the region. The railway stations is also close, you may use it to reach the city or to travel around the country. Not to mention the good highway connection, when car driving is needed. The owners were warm and welcoming, providing all needed information, and promptly answering to our requests, such as extra towels, tools for ironing my shirts, etc. They helped with my car problem, as well, finding and addressing to local mechanics, in Slovenian language. I will gladly return to this location during my future trips to Ljubljana.

We had a lovely time in Ljubliana, which wouldn't have been possible without Tea and Boris. They are incredibly kind and helpful hosts, going out of their way to provide an exceptional experience. The house was gorgeous and the room we stayed in had a private terrace, which was great to unwind. I would greatly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Ljubliana.

The best accommodations you can have in Ljubljana. The owners are super nice people. Everything was perfectly clean. My apartment was really big with a private beautiful garden.

The room was big and nice.

The shared bathroom was an issue. Because there were too many people and only one bathroom. A part from the rooms, outside in the yard there were tents from which the people were using the one bathroom. So maybe we were more than 15 people for one bathroom. There was a rule that after 23:00 a bath cannot be taken and should be calmness. We can understand it but with so many people and one bathroom not pleasent. The parking another issue. They offer a parking but they do not have space for all thre guests. And if at 22:30 you ask help for parking (since you do not know the place and you were offered a parking with the booking), they are super angry for "waking them up" asking help. The place can be dream stay destination if they fix the issue with shared bathroom and offer more parking spaces, or change the attitude towards the guests if help is asked. Also it is a child "friendly", but the not allowed for the kids to cry... likely my 1 year old does not cry...

Very nice host, beautiful room even with hammock (if you prefer to sleep in it :) ), easy to find, fast WiFi, kitchen that could be used, quiet place, garden with possibility to sit in it, we were absolutely satistied
