Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesThe staff seemed in disarray. I saw the receptionist shouting at other staff in an argument which was uncomfortable. Staff did not clean the room properly even after they said they would. Someone tried to open the combination lock on my backpack when I left it at reception before check-in. While this depends on the other people in the room I had the bad luck that they were disgusting leaving underwear in the bathroom, constantly talking loudly on the phone and scattered garbage on the floor. I've stayed in the other Wink branches at McCallum and Mosque street and those were excellent - hesitant to return to Perak.
Great location right beside the Rochor MRT exit and walking distance to Jalan Besar MRT. Bugis and Sim Lim areas also within walking distance. Comfortable pods with a bedside locker.

PhilippinesOverall, I really like the property, but it is just that one incident that I really do not like. I came from a long flight and it took me 15 to 25 minutes waiting the receptionist to let me check in and provide the key, which was replaced by another key the ff day. It's a long story but I guess it is just only in my case since I checked in on the second day due to flight cancellation, and I cant find my name on their list.
It is value for money but with comfort, even if it is a backpacking style accommodation. I like the cubicle style, giving a more space for privacy. The property offers free breakfast, on my part, which is a good thing for budget conscious. Subway station is just at the other side and restos and food centres are just meters away. It is good for solo traveller, group of friends, and backpackers.

South KoreaThere wasn’t adequate ventilation in the bathroom and the room smelt like feet. Slightly annoying that when people came late at night, staff member would throw on the light switch, even though everybody was sleeping.
The bed was nice and comfortable. It was great for money and the location was a stone story from the subway.

United KingdomUnfortunately, we had the room opposite Romeo and Juliet. The music vibrated our beds until 3am! Some of us could sleep through it but some of us it kept awake.
We had a private bathroom with a six pod which worked well for us. The bathroom was good. As far as hostels go it was an easy check in, really nice reception staff. You get used to removing your shoes at reception! Air con was excellent and so necessary!
