Was a “posh/expensive” hotel; but we were treated fabulously well. All staff wanted to help and chat to us…even cleaning staff had a smiling hello. And unlike some hotels NO pushing for us to buy extra stuff. Sitting by the pool, staff would help re towels and bring free water, ices, food etc during the day…with only one attempt to say did we want a menu for the food. The exact right balance from our perspective.

NO BIDET IN BATHROOM!!!! This is shocking for an Asian country, and other hotels in Singapore are equipped with bidets in their rooms. The breakfast variety wasn't that great. Others far better.

The outstanding customer service, from every part of the hotel, nothing felt too much trouble, everyone was sincere and had a genuine caring attitude, it’s a real testament to the hotel. The view out over the bay from our hotel room was sublime.

The food wasn’t a hit with my son.

It was a beautiful property in a great location. We went over to Marina Bay Sands and it was a mad house with tourists. If you want something more peaceful, this is your place.

Pool could have more sunbeds with umbrellas and gym could be a little bigger. We loved the Fullerton however

The shower drainage was a bit stuck and the water took time to get drained. However, this got fixed after we asked for it.

Room was spacious and the beds were good. Breakfast was also great both in quality and quantity.

The most exquisite hotel with most wonderful view from the bedroom over the Marina Bay hotel and light show in the evenings. Close walking distance to all tourist attractions, hawkers food hall and great selection of restaurants. The staff and service is 7-star and out of this world, the interior of the hotel, the bedroom/bathroom, room service, the pool with view, cleanliness - Most definitely highly recommended and on our next stop-over, we will definitely be staying at the hotel again. The collection from the airport was amazing - they wait for you as you leave the plane (before passport control) and then they help you through passport control - that was great and leaves you with so much comfort. Truly one of our best experiences from the holiday.

The wifi was temperamental. Wasn't working all of the time.

Location was exellent, all mode of transport for visiting other areas was within easy reach. All staff we met from Reception, Restaurant, Bar, Conceige, House Keeping were all attentative and friendly, and provided a fatanstic service all round.

We had a fantastic few days at the Fullerton Bay Hotel for our honeymoon. The staff were super attentive and helpful, the breakfast buffet amazing and location perfect. We will definitely be back!

Nothing at all! Our short stay was amazing!

The Fullerton Bay is a stand out hotel with luxury amenities, facilities, dining and excellent staff. We were even offered an upgrade to the Marina Bay room, which was absolutely beautiful and such a treat to receive. The rooftop pool in another favorite and Lantern is great for some cocktails at night. Favorite hotel in Singapore, we will definitely we back!
