Lobby bit small and sometimes packed with luggages but doesnt really matter.

Ideally located in Downtown, few steps from different lines of MRT to go wherever you want, and just next to Laupasat for great food. Very busy in the evening, especially with the Satay street. The room is nicely decorated. The swimming pool offers great city views (though sunbeds are limited). The room is exactly as depicted. The staff are friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and especially made extra special because of the extraordinary service of the older gentleman who worked the front desk on the night shif, I think his name was Alfenso. Thank you for making our trip! The hotel itself was incredibly beautiful, the decor was stunning, everywhere you looked was pure style. If we come back to Singapore (which is a super cool city) we will stay at QT hotel.

Nothing, it was great.

The location - the hawkers market and satay street was literally on the doos step. It was close to a train station, and lots of other great attractions in Singapore. The check in was excellent, straight away they took my bags off me and gave me a cold bottle of water. The room was luxurious, and very quiet. The bed was huge with very luxe bedding, perfect for relaxing from my flight from London. Fabulous rooftop pool and bar.

The lobby was a bit small and there were some repairs going on.

It’s beautiful. The level of detail in the designs from the restaurant to the rooms. Makes you feel very special. In the centre with many things in reach.

Great staff, superb restaurant and beautifully designed hotel. Build quality isn't perfect and quite a bit of audible street noise but very happy overall. Would happily stay there again.

Great location! Though a crowded restaurant market, the Lau Pa Sat is a great evening dinner place right across the street. Easy walk to the MRT (transit) that is simple to use and convenient. Rooftop pool is great relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and very helpful and friendly staff! Jeffrey at reception had excellent food recommendations, and Sugar (spelling?) at the bar was a fantastic person serving great drinks and providing myriad information about the city, history and National Day (Happy 60th Singapore!)

Everything was very good. There was nothing to complain about . Our room wasn’t what we assumed we had booked, On hearing this, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, finding a room which better facilitated our needs as a family of 4. They also assisted me with the decorations for my husband’s birthday . We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if back in Singapore .
