We booked a stay for our family of three, including breakfast, and were shocked to be told upon arrival that we needed to pay extra for bedding and breakfast for our daughter. We were directed to the fine print, which felt quite misleading.

After a lengthy discussion, the staff kindly honored the breakfast and provided us with a room with twin beds. Although the beds were too small for two adults, we were grateful for their effort to accommodate us. The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, with beautiful ocean-view balconies, and the breakfast spread was the best we’ve ever experienced—and we’ve traveled extensively around the world. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

I would add water hose washer next to the toilets. It wasn’t easy going down to the bus stop with strollers especially during rain, the slope is steep.

Property is beautiful, location is amazing so many things to do with kids, there was not enough time to do all. Staff very helpful.

1. Reception counter in the open air. It’s disaster as hot and humid weather if you have to wait for long time (i.e. arrive too early of check in time). 2. Didn’t do the needful effort to provide connected rooms despite my booking was 2 months earlier. Also, failed to provide promised equipment for baby. 3. Noisy rooms and no soundproofing 4. Very slow reception. Employees not well trained. 5. Old and worn furniture. 6. Very expensive for the provided services. 7. Very limited selection of food for Arabs and mediterranean. 8. Lack of luxury touch.

The mattress on our bed was too firm for us but the staff rectified it immediately.

The staff were amazing, always willing to go above and beyond. Daily breakfast was exceptional, chefs were so friendly and made anything fresh you asked for.

Beach was very disappointing - not usable for swimming. Not the hotels fault but definitely not a selling point.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good resort atmosphere and very family friendly. Breakfast buffet was huge - but busy as well. Wildlife wandering around Hotel was a cool surprise.

The toilet has a stench which I have complained, and they came to fix it. If I am not wrong I was also given a wine but i forgot to bring it back. The q for buffet is extremely crowded and long. And slots are limited to indoor playing.
