I loved the elegant luxurious grandeur that was depicted from the past but was also modern. The staff were also outstanding fitting in with the grandeur and treating us like royalty. The room was even better than the photos it was like living in a grand apartment.

Upon arrival at the designated check-in time, our accommodation was not yet prepared, which presented an inconvenience given our limited timeframe. Nevertheless, the staff addressed this matter with appropriate professionalism. Regarding the Long Bar, it appears to cater predominantly to tourists, and despite available table seating, we were initially directed to the bar counter area, which had an unpleasant odor.

The property boasts a palpable sense of history, complemented by well-maintained and thoughtfully renovated facilities. The ambiance is serene and conducive to relaxation. Accommodations are generously sized and well-appointed, meeting most guest expectations. While the staff demonstrated courtesy and friendliness, the service occasionally appeared somewhat hurried.

This hotel was a dream, we had excellent service and an incredible experience from start to finish. Door men were very welcoming, Narinder, Vikirm, Harpreet were incredibly helpful made our stay super pleasant. The hotel is amazing 😻 from suites to shopping experience. We were given a butler that looked after all our needs, James was so helpful and caring, provided us with the best experience we could ever ask for. The history of this hotel is incredible and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Not much to complain about. Maybe could do with a little more information up front about charges for breakfast etc.

The staff were delightful. Excellent friendly service throughout the stay, We loved chatting about the history of the buildings from the hotel's resident historian. Lots of quiet pleasant spaces to spend time in. Our room was very spacious and supremely comfortable, in one of the oldest parts of the hotel.

Raffles was simply the best hotel we have stayed in! the attention to detail and service was exceptional. Although the hotel is 200 years old and upholds the traditions and grandeur they have subtly added some modern touches in the bedrooms which enhance the hotel experience.

The suite and hotel facilities (particularly the pool) were excellent. The staff were all extremely helpful, efficient and very friendly. We tried the Writers Bar, The Tiffin restaurant, the pool every day, the Long Bar and the complimentary history tour. The chocolates in the suite were delicious too!

Wow !! What is there not to like ? Absolutely incredible hotel. Totally deserves its reputation as it is stunning in every way! The staff are just amazing especially Stanley in the Courtyard restaurant- totally above and beyond. Good Customer service personified.

nothing really. it was everything I'd hoped for. They do have a strange problem with birds in the outside courtyard during breakfast. We elected to have breakfast outside, which isn't everyones cup of tea. The waiters deal with it in calm (and professional) way but you can tell they are trying to work out what to do in the long term.

we were upgraded to a fantastic ground floor suite overlooking their main courtyard. Fantastic service. funny, laid back but really professional. I've been wanting to stay there for at least 10 years, and I'm glad to get the opportunity.

Reception is very slow to check in and check out and it took a week for them to charge my card the correct bill and release the holding deposit.

From the outside, the place looks quite modest—but once inside, it’s surprisingly intricate and maze-like. After visiting the gym or restaurants, just finding our way back to the room was a little adventure in itself!

Every room is a suite with a personal butler who was happy to help with anything we needed.

We loved every detail - nothing could be improved.

The staff were extremely friendly, kind, thoughtful and attentive making every guest feel valued. The building is wonderful to 'live in' - the latest renovation has recreated the majesty and detail of the old Raffles Singapore at the height of its popularity. Full compliments to Accor and the interior designer for their thoughtful renovation of this iconic building. We could have spent much longer admiring the splendor. Guests are offered a complimentary history tour which was fascinating.

From start to finish, everything about Raffles lived up to our expectations. In the past I have been slightly anxious about staying in high end hotels but everyone made us feel at home.

The room was beautiful and well appointed. I pad operated curtains, lights and t v. I had a parlour, bedroom and a bathroom.

It was all perfect!

This was a treat to myself and my partner with some money that my late mother left me when she died. It was amazing and well worth the money. We were very spoilt and lived every minute of it. The complementary Gin sling and chocolates on arrival were a lively surprise. Breakfast was great - served in the beautiful Tiffin room. We ordered dinner in our room which was lovely and then visited the long bar for a drink. The staff at the swimming pool area were friendly and welcoming - they could not do enough for us! Our butler was very helpful and made us very welcome. What a beautiful building too. It has been my dream to stay a night at Raffles and it did not disappoint! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience x
