Superb location! Right between Chinatown and Clarke Quay, which makes it absolutely convenient to explore the city. Great access to subway. The hotel has been recently renovated, offering a comfortable stay with a modern touch. Breakfast was very nice, with daily variations in a surprise dish and even the cake flavor—always a pleasant detail. Our room was clean, spacious for Singapore standards, and offered a lovely view of Marina Bay Sands’ iconic “ship.” The swimming pool was also a great spot to relax. A small but thoughtful detail: if it rains, just grab the umbrella provided—it’s light, sturdy, and very practical. Finally, the staff were super kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

Very confined, toilet and shower right next to bed, good for travellers or short stays

Hotel location was 5 minutes walk from Chinatown and underground station which had 3 stops both directions to Sentosa island and Bay Marina. Staff was very friendly and helpful with travel and local attractions

My shower drain was blocked causing an overflow from shower recess. I’m sure it would have been dealt with.

Breakfast was good. The proximity to Clarke Quay was excellent and a very short walk to big bus stops, which we used to get around the city.

The design of the room is somehow awkward. The advantages of a glass wall was counterbalanced of the dirty windows on the outside of the building. The room setup might not be very comfortable for longer stays.

The location is excellent for exploring Singapore. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. A lot of options for breakfast in the nearby mall. The room is excellent for short stays.

There are no major issues to address. However, it would be great if the swimming pool's operating hours could be extended. Additionally, I found the deposit policy a bit inconvenient, and it might be worth reviewing to enhance the guest experience.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, allowing you to walk to the most famous attractions within 5-20 minutes. The staff was very polite and attentive. Our room was well-equipped and clean. Importantly, the air conditioning worked quietly and maintained a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the room was decently soundproof.
