Everything was a little worn and dated. A renovation would really improve things, and the pool area could also use a bit more care. Overall, it all felt a bit old.

I particularly enjoyed the location, and the size of the apartment was excellent as well.

Bed was on the small side and uncomfortable for two. The doona was also too small to cover 2 people while sleeping. Should consider fitting 2 single beds in some of the rooms. The building is very old and needs refurbishment. The lifts are very old and creates a very negative 1st impression of the accommodation..

Location was excellent, close to Somerset MRT and many eating places and shopping plazas. Room was clean, spacious and having a washing machine was a real bonus.

The pool was great but a little deep for my 4 year old at times.

The location was great. We had two adjoining apartments for extended family which was amazing to have so close. Access to the pool was wonderful after a hot day of exploring. The kids room was handy for my little ones.

Building is slightly run down so appearance is not pristine, but everything was clean.

Great location, very central to shopping and eating venues. Rooms well equipped with kitchen and washing machine. Pool clean, gym available, had them to ourselves most times.

Elevators need some renovation. Swimming pool is not really my type but this wasn’t an issue for me.

I am a Singaporean live overseas, came back for few days. I know very well about Singapore. I am very pleased with this booking. Though it is an old building and interior, facilities of the studio apartment were really good. Location is excellent. Highly recommended.

Bathroom very dated and had mould around edges of bathtub. Shower had a heavy spiral hose which was not easy to use and manoeuvre.

The pool are is less well kept, so to say. The pool itself is ok but the area is a bit rundown.

We were 3 and had the Deluxe Suite. Very roomy, especially for Singapore standards. For the same reason, the apartment is a bit old, but well-kept, clean and in a very good shape. Would totally go there again for a stay of that kind. Staff was very very kind and helpful. Location is very convenient, very close to subway station Somerset.

The Air Purifier was dirty. The frying pan is unsafe/unhealthy to use as the coating for non stick is giving in.

The location and room size are perfect. The Air Purifier needs cleaning and hopefully there is a choice for a two beds in a room or an extra bed in the living room An smaller TV would be great inside the bedroom.

- The air vent in the bathroom is very loud because it was a corner room which is directly on the main road. - Excessive amount of deposit upon check-in.

Property in the center of Orchard Road which is easy to reach and go anywhere, with split bedroom from the living room and kitchen in the executive suite, good routine cleaning, friendly and very helpful room maid & housekeeping staff which is fast response when the guests need something.

The facilities are quite dated and could do with an update. There are also steps leading into the apartment which based from other reviews seemed to bother some but we didn't see this as a huge issue.

Location with good access to public transport and no shortage of amenities. Orchard Rd is central to a lot of sights to visit in Singapore.
