Regarding your check-in experience, we sincerely apologize for the delay upon your arrival. While this is not the standard we aim to maintain, please note that we did offer a late check-out option to help accommodate your schedule, though we understand it may not have met your needs at the time. As for our location, we are approximately 6–8 minutes walking distance from the nearest metro station, though we understand it may feel longer, especially when traveling with young children. We’ll take your feedback into account and look at ways to better communicate this in our descriptions. We’re also sorry to hear the room size and layout didn’t meet your expectations. While our Pool Access rooms are designed for comfort and poolside access, we understand that the space may feel limited when traveling with extra luggage or with family. We’re reviewing this feedback closely to explore how we can enhance both room layout and sound insulation near the pool area to reduce early morning disturbances. Your feedback is valuable to us, and while we regret that your stay was not a positive one, we do hope you might reconsider in the future, so we have another chance to provide a better experience.
