Very impressive hotel with great communal spaces. Very good sized room with lots of extra touches and features.

Breakfast range was good but could have more gluten free options. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and lovely. Staff very friendly :)

Wish there were movies on the tv. Even if there was a fee to watch, that would be ok. Cocktails were very expensive and didn’t taste nice, very watery and took over 30 mins to arrive when the bar wasn’t busy with any other customers.

The room was nice with a good view of the harbour front. The breakfast was epic - everything you could imagine wanting was there. There was not much directly in the neighbourhood of interest but it is close to MRT stations, once you have worked out how to get over the busy road.

We managed to leave my son's phone in the room and only noticed 4 days later. On contacting the hotel they reported not having found it and we had to go back to the UK without it. When in the UK I tracked the phone to the hotel and found that it had been charged in the day before. When questioned they reported having found behind the headboard, which seems implausible since the headboard was screwed to the wall. Given the cleanliness of the room I find it hard to believe that it was not found on the day we left, but perhaps was not logged into lost property. However, the housekeeping staff arranged for it to be sent to me in the UK (at my expense) and were efficient in getting it back to me.

Breakfast was good exceptionally good. The pool was nice. There was easy access to the esplanade and Marina Bay Shops

Service at the pool could have been improved. We had to wait 20 minutes for drinks even though it was not busy.

Good for a South East Asian traveler. Not many good choice for a vegetarian traveler.

The bathroom was congested and uncomfortable to take bath.

Breathtaking property, wonderful staff, clean well appointed rooms.

Great place. Lovely hotel on the doorstep to everything around Marina Bay. Very comfortable beds. Staff are happy, very polite, and helpful

Comfortable bed, quiet room, great view of the city, loved the large pool, great breakfast options

Very big compared to what we usually choose. Didn’t like the caged birds idea, would prefer they weren’t a feature.
