The beds were hard

They’ve thought of everything. Standouts were the size of the apartment was excellent for 4 adults, the staff were helpful and friendly, the location was unbelievably convenience to a mall, cleanliness of the whole place was a cut above, superb facilities (swimming pool big enough for laps and leisure, gym, communal areas, basketball half court and pickle ball). Everything was practical and supremely tidy and orderly.

Not cheap, but everything in Singapore is like that. Compared to other hotels/apartments it was actually pretty reasonable as 3 bedroom stays are hard to get.

Modern, clean 3 bedroom apartment suitable for a weeks family stay. All the at home amenities including washer/dryer/ironing board and kitchen appliances including toaster and rice cooker. Super convenient next door to Great World Shopping Centre which has a selection of great shops and supermarket (Cold storage) and MRT. Short walk to the Zion Hawkers Market for local food. Large pool was handy for the kids to cool down. There is play equipment and a tennis court, but we didn't get a chance to try them. We would stay again.

2 singles a queen and a murphy bed. Booking was for 3 rooms. Murphy bed was uncomfortable, maybe a different room considering the amount of guests on the booking (4 adults and a child).

Central to Singapore attractions and getting a taxi was easy. Supermarket in the mall was very close and had all our requirements. Hotel staff and security were lovely. room had all the amenities including a washer and a drier. Would stay here again

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was amazing. They were always ready to help. What was amazing was one of the scheduled cleaning days was a public holiday but the housekeeping staff came the next day to clean although they were not scheduled too. The gym was also very good

Family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed a 7 day holiday stay. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed apartment. Well maintained and enjoyable facilities. Exceptional location close to shops, food markets and transport.

Very suitable for family traveller. The accommodation made you feel at home. 3 bed rooms with 2 showers are just perfect for family of 3 little kids + a maid. With cloth washing and dryer in the room, no need to worry if kids make a mess during the trip. In walking distance there is the Great World Mall which has two supermarkets and various restaurant (some even come with kids playground!) Also you can access metro with ease and if you need taxi, front desk can always help you to get one and ensure you can pay with card. The swimming pool and kids play ground also give parents a chance to rest a bit as the kids can play in these places for hours. :)

Business centre was very cold

Location was amazing. Pool was big. Apartments were well kitted out. Had washer and dryer. Easy walk to the metro.

Location is good, very convenient, next to shopping mall that has everything. Staff are friendly, my mother is on wheelchair, the staff helps us in putting the wheelchair in and out from the car trunk.

It's a little tired on the outside, but really who cares.

Apartment was fantastic, great size, well priced for what you got. Pool was lovely and massive, and barely anyone used it. Staff were excellent and really helpful with great advice in getting around. Location was unreal, right on top of a nice shopping centre, and only a 2 min walk from the Great World MRT station.

We liked everything about the property.
