Shower had low water pressure, and was difficult to use because shower hose was too thick and stubborn. There was no AC outlet in the bathroom for hair dryer. Housekeeping forgot to leave us new slippers few times. But for the price I paid, I am pretty happy with my stay, and will go back next year.

The location was much better than it looked like it was on the map. Just few hundred meters to Orchard MRT, which was air conditioned and connected to all of the malls in Orchard Area. One bedroom executive with terrace was spacious and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer, drying rack for laundry, iron and board, large fridge, and dining table. Terrace had outdoor furniture and nice views.

Laundry detergent is not provided daily unless asked. Unfortunately the rooms available are on different floors so we did go up and down alot between rooms.

I recently stayed at Fraser Residence Orchard Singapore for a work trip flying in from Australia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best serviced apartments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded expectations. I was kindly upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment, which was a fantastic surprise after a long flight. The apartment itself was modern and well-equipped – every detail felt thoughtfully considered for both comfort and convenience. The facilities are outstanding. The gym is well-maintained and the sauna and steam room made it feel like a luxury wellness retreat. I especially appreciated the massage chairs in the common area – the perfect way to unwind after long days of work. The housekeeping team was friendly and kept the apartment spotless throughout my stay and their attention to detail was impeccable. Also a heartfelt thank you to Nurul (Senior Client Relations Executive) and the entire team – they were professional and genuinely caring. I felt truly looked after from start to finish. It's rare to experience this level of hospitality and personal touch. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I can’t recommend Fraser Residence Orchard highly enough. I stayed at Fraser Residence Orchard for a week during my visit to Singapore, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from Orchard MRT station, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy. You're also right next to world-class shopping and a wide variety of restaurants and stores. The suite itself was stunning: very spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered spectacular views of the city, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the apartment. Cleanliness was impeccable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the facilities — the 50-meter lap pool was a highlight, perfect for a refreshing swim, and the other pools and the fitness center were also top-notch. Everything was elegant, comfortable, and designed with great attention to detail. In short, Fraser Residence Orchard provided a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

Excellent when visiting with a baby (ours was 9months old). The staff provided a cot for the baby and also a high chair in the room. The facilities were great, the rooms were spacious and we really couldn't fault anything during our stay. The kitchen has everything you need, plates, mugs, cutlery, pots & pans. Well there is no toaster or microwave but we managed without for a week. There were a washer and drier in our room but we didn't need to use them. But noticed they provided a pouch of laundy powder. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing, from the position and cleanliness to the friendliness of the staff. Very good value for money. We appreciated the welcome message and gift. We stayed 9 nights and we felt like home there.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this place. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. On the first day we needed some bathroom cleaning spray and we called the front desk twice, as well as followed up in person once, before someone came to our room. Not sure what caused the hold-up, but it was a bit of an unfortunate start to our stay. This was the only negative though, everything else was great.

The room was very comfortable with daily room service, but also the convenience of a washing machine and dryer inside the room. The staff were mostly kind, friendly, and helpful. The location is great if you're wanting to be close to all the shops on Orchard Rd. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Orchard MRT station, as well as bus stops, which made using public transport very convenient. The pool area was great, especially the shallow paddle pool for young kids.

Room didn’t make sense - bathroom had no hanging space for towels and lacked a toilet brush/water cleaner. A few things broke during our stay. It was very compact.
